Sandwiches were made wrong, menu misleading, and rude staff, we asked for combos and they tried to only give us none or only one after being corrected.

I order delivery so atmosphere is amazing because I'm at home. It's fast, delicious, I live a mile from work, I get done late and I don't want to cook at midnight so I order when I leave work and my food is there minutes after I get home. Super nice delivery drivers as well. Remember to tip! In most cases if there is a tipping option, like servers and bartenders,they usually are not making very much hourly, so remember to tip, it's greatly appreciated!

I came to Jimmy John’s for the first time because I was walking past and it looked good. The young lady that took my order told me about no lunch specials or no specials at all. So I decided to order the Vito which consists of different Italian meats and cheeses. I got the sandwich with no Italian dressing or seasonings on it. The bread was kind of hard. I can tell it probably was sitting out for awhile. I finally got up and asked for Italian seasoning oil which the cashier gave me and if I needed more. I told her yes I needed more mayo because they only put a little bit on there. I heard the submarine sandwiches was good so I paid them a visit. I would have ever thought in a million years I would get a dry sub. I won’t be back to visit this location.

This location has no sense of what providing customer service means. I typically don’t write bad reviews about a bad experience but this one is warranted due to the attitude we were met with at this specific location.We walked in at 45 minutes before close and the dude at the register with a beard told us they had a “really hard day” and that “we’re out of a lot of ingredients” so they couldn’t make any sandwiches. My friend looked over the counter and saw that they had closed all their stations already. The only things they let us buy were bags of chips and brownies (how convenient—the things they don’t have to make behind the counter).Plain and simple, it’s lazy and low effort. In my 10 years of working in the food industry that has never happened which makes this excuse hard to believe. If they truly ran out of product then that’s a reflection of poor management or under ordering. There was no remorse or any sincere effort to provide any solution for “being out of product.” Instead we were met with body language that made it evident we weren’t welcome. If you are not willing to provide customer service and work until the posted hours on your front doors then you should not be working customer service.

The last two times I ordered from here my orders were not correct. I was missing cheese on my sandwich the one time and the other time they forgot my pickle. I had already got home before I noticed it and they had to deliver my pickle.

It’s so bad it’s almost funny, I ordered the country club on the app, I specified light lettuce, no tomatoes, no mayo, add parm and crunchy jalapeño. I received a piece of bread, light lettuce, parm and crunchy jalapeño. The actual ingredients to the sub weren’t there haha I appreciate the effort but how high do you have to be to read the order and forget the actual sub but get the special add-ons correct? Genuinely amazing. Maybe they were busy or something but man, I’m a chef and I haven’t ever been that busy haha

I really don't want to give anyone a hard time - I have the utmost respect for the service industry and people that do an otherwise thankless job.... but every time I order from here, there is something missing. And you may as well just accept your loss for whatever is missing because it's even more of a hassle to try to get a refund - I gave up, to be honest. Either someone is skimming food, skimming money, or it's just an honest mistake... but it happens every time. It's honestly not worth the hassle of dealing with it anymore. Used to order from here a few times a week, but won't anymore. I don't have this problem at any other location.

Freaky fast as always. I want to give a BIG shout out to the staff person with the earlobe plugs (?) .. he was super friendly! Greeted me when I came in, incredibly polite, thanked me for my order, even made a little small talk and STILL had my sandwich ready before I had my soda cup filled. I like Jimmy John's but I don't think anyone would call them friendly or pleasant as a matter of course. He really stood out!! I was in kind of a hurry so I didn't get any pics but I wanted to make sure he got kudos!

When calling to revisit the fact that my order was not refunded or delivered last night I was treated very rudely by a female manager on duty. She was unwilling to take any responsibility for this error and instead placed blame on me as the customer when I did nothing other than support a business that I have for years. I was flabbergasted that after waiting for hours I still didn’t have the sandwich I ordered only to call and find out they had taken my money and closed without refunding me or delivering my order. This however makes sense as the management is so entitled and unwilling to do their job. In fact their exact words were “I’m not the general manager and this isn’t my problem”. From my experience working at Jimmy John’s this would never be an acceptable thing for anyone with a management role in any capacity to do. The extreme disregard to me as a customer and to the standards Jimmy John’s is said to uphold by the brady street location and the managers there is pitiful. Sad to see a business I’ve loved and supported so much become everything they said they were not. There was nothing freaky fast about my order other than having my money taken out from under me and there was no customer service other than some entitled woman neglecting her duties as a manager.
