Placed order online. Realized it was wrong location. Website asked if it was wrong location and to start over. I did. They did not cancel order. Refused to refund me. Staff was not helpful over phone. Corporate customer service was not helpful. Basically paid for a bunch of subs I did not want or need, because their system was misleading. I had bought a lot of subs from them before. Did not matter. Just took money and did not care. No partial refund or anything for hassle. Stay away.

Food is generally fine.Service is always iffy, never friendly but usually cordial. My most recent visit and interaction with who I assume was the manager was very cold and rude. As I was placing my order the cashier politely asked for help with how to ring something up. I will admit I got confused as I was ordering for my boyfriend as well and I originally said 1 with tomato and the other with no tomato. Then when the man asked again, I said both no tomato, and he either said to me or the cashier “that’s what I just asked you but okay” with an attitude. Even if he wasn’t talking to me, thats how he talks to his employees/coworkers?

Would give 0 stars if possible for the staff at this location. Couldn't get a simple order right, rude and disrespectful. Delivery girl had a horrible attitude problem, couldn't make a simple phone call to help resolve an issue. Just awful awful service all around.

Placed a Mobile order for pickup between 12:15-12:30. I got a notification saying my order was ready for pickup 40 minutes before the scheduled time. By the time I got my sandwich, it was completely soggy. When I called, they were so rude and refused to do anything. So glad I paid $15 for a sandwich that was completely inedible.

Food is always good, but it’s frustrating when you have a delivery note saying “please leave at front door” and I get the doorbell rang and door pounded on for 2 minutes straight with the delivery guy yelling “it’s Jimmy John’s I have your food!” while I am on a work call. Why have the option of a delivery note if it’s not getting read/followed. This has happened 3/3 times.
Pathetic quality of subJust ordered a veggie sub and paid for extra guacamole. They didn't put any guacamole in the sub.Bread was very bad quality and even the LettuceIf a jimmy johns cannot get Lettuce and bread right..this franchise should be closed

My husband's niece was nice enough to order 2 gargantuan, 2 drinks & 2 bag's of chip's and have it sent to us in St. Francis.Not that hard right? Wrong. Maybe 1 1/2 hrs. later we got the food, I waited outside bcuz they were supposed to be "FREAKY FAST". I waited, I live on the 3rd floor, no delivery. Went back up , got the call saying he was here. In the 1st place, it looked like a drug deal,then the guy checked the receipt 3 times before I went up and we still got the wrong order.Now I do understand that we all need jobs, we do have GPS to help but what grabs me is 3 times he looked and it was still wrong. MANAGEMENT HAS AN ISSUE. THAT'S WHERE IT STARTS!
