Every time I come to this location they have an excuse to not serve customers. I was told to come back due to a shift change. Which doesn't make sense in a fast food establishment. Manager says her name is KD.
The drive thur service is great . Friendly people. But I gave it 3 stars because there was no seasons chicken it wasn't done but ordered in that it good. But I would definitely go soon. Hopefully, the chicken is a lot better.

The Mgr is rude, the sign says they open at 11 close at 10 but she always yelling saying I’m open but I’m not serving anything until 12/1230 when I have enough food? They constantly are closed @ 7/730 always out of food. Never friendly if there was any other chicken restaurant around I most definitely would go there and not come back here ever!!

I came here to pick up my online order and the doors were locked and got yelled at and told to go to the drive through. I go to the drive through and they say they have no chicken, then I asked about my online order and get folded to go to the parking lot. I wait in the lot until they come out and ask why I’m here. After 15 minutes I get my food and it’s the worst. All of my sides are wrong, no butter for biscuits, wrong type of chicken (white instead of dark), and the overall worst experience. I’ve worked in fast food and I’ve never been this rude, would not recommend going :(

The woman taking drive-thru orders was so rude that I left -- never to return.
Went there 4 days in a row no service first time it was a shift change and waited over a hour and still ccouldnt get no food!! Went back the next day and the systems is down.. Smfh it must be nice to show up to work and not actually do work.. Where are the managers?? Oh they just as bad as the crew workers.. Corporate needs to get in here asap and fire everyone and as a matter of fact i just got off the phone with corporate i will check back for srevices in a couple days cause guess what the white people and Hispanics stores are open and giving great service in their community mean while on the northside humans want money for not working and wonder why we at the bottom of humanity...

I enjoyed the service food and the atmosphere at KFC. The cashier Kassandra was warm and attentive. The food tasted good and was nice and warm. I cannot wait to go back again and have another great day of service and good food. ?

The paper bag being heavy should have been placed in a plastic bag w/handles. It Tore and fell on the ground and I had to ask the person at the window for a plastic bag not as attentive as should be.

Just waited for 20 minutes for them to take my order and they never did. There was a woman in there before me who was still waiting for her food for 30+ minutes. They ignored everyone who was inside and only focused on the drive thru.
