I love this place even though I am technically banned from there for making a joke on stage during my bands set about Dime Bag Darrel which the owner misheard as a dig about him maybe shooting a guy.. right after he had to shoot a guy that tried to rob and shoot him... sigh The joke goes: "hey what were Dime Bag Darrels last words?" "Can I get some shots up here?"

This is my favorite bar in Milwaukee. Neighborhood vibe. Love the outdoor area! We had a big family gathering there recently and everything was great.

I was there for the world naked bike Ride.It was awesome.Wonderful atmosphere wonderful people.I hope to go again next year.Everybody was polite respectful there was no trouble there was a nice band but the only food I saw was a vendor outside that was extremely overpriced.Outside they had some vendor that was charging $18 for a small plate of nachos I wouldn't order that again.I hope next year maybe the bar will put a couple of grills in the back and sell bratwurst.I would have pictures but I don't think Google will let me post nudes.

The only Concertina Bar in Milwaukee. They have open Polka Jam sessions on Wednesdays. I think that they are only open Wednesdays and Saturdays. You have to call them to find out for sure. Andy Kochanski who is the owner is an awesome personParking: There is plenty of parking in the parking lot and on the street

We were there for the live music. 3 bands and $10 cover. There was adequate space for a few couples to dance. The bands were great. The beer and cider selections were good and the staff was friendly. We will come back.

This is a Milwaukee institution and a must stop for anyone who wants a unique experience. A polka bar with Polish and German roots (and drinks), the experience here is one of a kind. You will often find live polka bands where patrons are encouraged to dance along or pick up an instrument and play along. People are friendly and there are constant events, definitely worth a stop.

Kochanski's Concertina Bar is a awesome place to go. They have open Polka jams on Wednesdays. We have been going here since it was Art Altenburg's Concertina Bar back in the day. My Dziadzia Sigmunt "Zigmund" Alexander Suchorski used to play Concertina with Art Altenburg. I Love this placeParking: There is lots of parkingWheelchair accessibility: It is handicap accessible
