Went there on a Sunday morning, store was closed and only the drive-thru was open. They really raised their prices since I was there last. A dozen of glazed doughnuts will cost you just under $15. Next time I'll go to Kwik Trip for better & cheaper doughnuts.

Lobby was close drive thru only and they seem to have made about 10 carts of donuts by 7 am and have them just sitting there all the donuts are very cold

We ordered online for the 6 pack assorted donuts. Yes we did get 6 donuts, but only 3 different kinds. Which is annoying because the one I was looking forward to was not included in the ones we got in the box. Also, the drive thru was extremely slow. The person in front of me was waiting to order (because the drive thru cashier wasn’t ready) for about 4-5 minutes. Then when we got to the speaker, it was another 2-3 minutes before the person was ready to take our order. Donuts taste okay. Just frustrating to not get the variety we were supposed to and to wait almost 10 minutes in the line just to pick them up

Sad that this place is so dead inside these days. All I could think is how can they afford to keep this place open because I took my son for 45 minutes and there was at least 5 people working and I only saw 1 person go through the drive through when I was there. The staff was friendly and nice as I always remembered but I also remember when they opened this place and I use to come here and wait in a long line for doughnuts no matter the day or time. They did a good job on my kit kat doughnut!

Today is Easter we Looked on the website said they were open on Easter even promoted a deal for Easter we tried calling before driving to make sure they were open no answer we pull up and workers are inside but they had the drive thru blocked off the doors were locked and workers were just sitting talking multiple customers were pulling up as we were and we had to go across the street to Dunkin’ Donuts thank god Dunkin’ Donuts was open

When they randomly make hot fresh glazed, they are delicious. The problem is that it varies daily. Sometimes, the red sign is on, but they aren't making any. Or, they are, but the sign is off. One time, I came in, and they were making the shells for filled donuts, but told me on the phone they were making rings. Someone from KK HQ needs to come whip this location into shape! It is nothing like the ones down south.Edit: so I came at 8:58 am Mar 31 (Easter Sunday) to give them another chance. And true to form their lobby is closed and they are only serving people that ordered online. ISTG this location needs to be shut down immediately because they are ruining the reputation of Krispy Kreme.

The place was a gross mess and dirty but, the doughnuts were delicious. STAY AWAY from the bathroom.
The Ladies at the counter were super sweet and even gave out free samples. Kris's Kreme is always a win.

I drive 40 minutes for som stale at least day old tonight’s paying overcharged pricing. Disappointing to say the least. And not even full service as was drive thru only.
