This was our favorite Mexican restaurant. It was small, sometimes under staffed, had a tiny kitchen that got swamped easily, and sometimes had crazy wait times, but the food was delicious and made with love. The staff, which was mostly the same for a long time, had changed post COVID. It was never the same as it used to be. We always had great service, we were always happy when we left, and we always felt like Los Paisa was "our" local Mexican restaurant. It will be sorely missed. We can't wait to see what Manolo does with his next restaurant adventure. Hasta pronto.

The food was great and came out really fast! The staff was super nice and they had good service. It's a little noisy because you can really hear the kitchen, but otherwise great.

Or, to us old time Bayside residents:"The Basement"A landmark and great piece of history in the community!Sorry to lose the iconic building. A great place to meet friends.

Came here visiting family all the way from New York. My wife and I eat a lot of Mexican so we tend to be critical. Great food! The Flautas made a good appetizer and the burrito was fantastic. We had pitchers of the house margarita and were very happy. Also loved the music! We will be back again next time we are in Milwaukee!

Food was excellent. Service friendly. My only complaint is that the guacamole. And sour cream hat came with was less than 1/2 Tablespoon each. I did get more guac...but at a price of $3.50. There should have been a bit more with the dish to begin with.
Excellent food (perhaps a bit too much). Fabulous and friendly servers! Quaint atmosphere. I'll be back!

Their margaritas are SO GOOD! They don’t taste fake and overly boozy- super easy to drink on a warm night if you’re lucky enough to snag a table outside. Owner is very kind and checks in on guests. You can tell he cares about his patrons. Tacos are excellent and staff works hard and efficiently! Love coming here

Have not been there for 2 years. We gave them another chance. Good greeting from Maria. Always a pleasure. Start off with a good Margarita. We ordered ordered the food My steak tocos just ok. My wife combo not to good freezer burnt frozen breaded pepper. And the next Margarita no tequila. So you would think that trying to come back from COVID-19 you would do everything to make sure you get retuning customers. But I guess our $80.00 is not wanted again. Good luck with this method of business.
