I went with a few friends last week and had an awesome experience! The food was delicious and our server Devin was great.

Three of us dined at the restaurant recently with an out-of-town visitor. Our server was very good and recommended wines that matched with our dishes well, but the service was a bit slow probably because the restaurant was quite full. The menu is large, and there are quite a few choices other than steaks despite its reputation as a steak house. I ordered Hudson Canyon Seared Scallops as my main course; the dish was quite flavorful, although the scallops were not as tender as those that I had at other restaurants in town. I also ordered the Seafood Gumbo soup and found the soup to be better than most outside those I had in New Orleans. The restaurant has a fine dining setup, and the price certainly reflects that. The quality of food is good but nothing amazing. As a hotel restaurant, it needs to have the capacity to serve a large number of customers when holding events, likely requiring standardization and limiting room for innovation. So, for the same price or a little less, one can find better-quality food elsewhere in Milwaukee based on my view.

Excellent atmosphere and food. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Desserts were fantastic! You will not leave hungry and satisfied.

This place doesn't only looks good, it is really good!Food, service, location....we enjoyed it a lot!Our waiter, Davin or Daven (not really sure how to write it) was an absolute professional but also a very kind person who didn't bother to tell us a bit more about Milwaukee, about the beers they have, about what food might be the best for us...If you visit Milwaukee, visit Mason Street Grill!

Sat in the bar area of this Pfister Hotel restaurant, and it was nice, upbeat, and perfect for professionals looking for a drink and a nice meal. Unfortunately, there were guests offered seats at a wobbling table. As soon as they sat down, it was obvious that the table should be removed from the area. However, it stayed put just waiting for guest after quest to experience the same disappointment. The staff should have been more thoughtful and had taken better initiative with this matter. The food was really good. I had the filet, and it was made perfectly. The rest of the party also enjoyed their steaks.

My wife and I celebrated our 6 years anniversary here. We were catered by a very friendly and helpful Thomas(the only French/Italian) in the team ??. The ambiance is perfect for the occasion. Thomas, helped me make the night memorable with a complimentary chocolate cake with personalized greetings! Thanks you ! My wife and I were very pleased. Rommel & Rica

I've been here multiple times (it's a favorite spot of mine and my mom's) but this was the best food we've had to date (filet minion and scallops) and the service from Thomas was phenomenal as always.

The absolute most mind-blowing filet mignon of my life. I have no idea how they achieved such perfection. And I am a NYC native having been to every famous place there is. Simply

We were celebrating our anniversary. We started with drinks in the bar and they didn't disappoint. I had the filet and my husband had the pork chop for dinner. Both were outstanding! Flavorful, moist, absolutely delicious. Olivia was our server. She took great care of us. Very friendly and attentive. She was outstanding! We followed dinner with another drink in the bar before we left. Great atmosphere. Wonderful meal. We loved Mason Street Grill all around! We will definitely be back!

When we sat down the room was about 60% filled, service was spotty, bread basket arrived at time of entrees after salads, forgot about a birthday dessert until we had finished our paid desserts and bill was paid, Food not up to expectations from previous visits. Very disappointed, with lots of options we will not be back for a while.

After going to carnevore and carbon steak this steakhouse doesn't seem that great. We made a reservation for 6 people on a Thursday night. For 6 people the bill was $616... my 7 oz filet was okay. My steak at carnevore and carbon steak were about same price and tastes way more amazing. They charge $18 for mushrooms !!! - get out of here. Brussel sprouts not that great. The waiter also took forever to bring our drinks. Overall it's way overpriced for what you get.
