Darryl C was great, he made our experience fun and while we live in Iowa, we will try to come back! My shake was delicious and service was fast.

Do NOT get the hot chocolate from here! Tastes like the Nestlé hot chocolate but much sweeter! Yuck!

The southwest turkey sandwich was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. The bread and turkey were amazing. Love the pickled peppers!

I only tried the cream puff, so I can't speak on anything else. First, the service was fanatic. She was chipper and polite, getting my order ready super quick. The problem was the taste. I'm not sure why but the vanilla cream was surprisingly salty. It had a light sweetness and the filling was essentially the same consistency of cool whip. Also, the pastries were really hard and dry. It felt like I was eating something that had gone stale. Not horrible but not was not what I was expecting at all either - sorry!

The only place ready to open on time Saturday morning, but good coffee and doughnuts is all it took for me to be happy. Lots of good looking baked good that smelled enticing. If only one of the many establishments in this food hall can open on time in the morning, then let it be this one.

the coffee is good (although VERY strong). i've tried both the chocolate croissant and the cheese danish and they're both quite light and airy, but they seemed almost stale to me? the service was quick and the staff was polite. the place itself also has a very upbeat sweet atmosphere.

Mid-Way Bakery is part of the Third Street Market Hall and has Mid-Way Bakery and Supernova Coffee & Doghnuts items at their kiosk.Since it's part of Third Street Market Hall there is plenty of seating and there is an attached parking garage.I ended up getting the Mid-Way Bakery Italian Hoagie that has capicola, ham, salami, provolone, pickled sweet peppers, lettuce, tomato, red onion, tomato and pesto mayo on a hoagie roll. It was huge. I also ordered a coffee, but technically that's from Supernova Coffee and Doughnuts. The overall sandwich was delicious, the hoagie roll wasn't my favorite and seemed a bit overcooked but the toppings and flavor combinations made up for it. The pesto mayo was a really nice touch.

Breathtaking. We had a cream puff, key lime pie and a sweet potato/pecan pie. All were the best we’ve ever had. 10 stars!!!

I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a hoagie. It was a generous portion and super delicious. Excited to find a new sandwich spot downtown!

I had the turkey hoagie on my first visit to Third Street Market Hall and afterwards I was craving this sandwich. Of course I've sensibly tried other vendors since then, but it's worth craving. It has a delicious seeded bun, lettuce tossed in vinaigrette before being added to get that perfect light vinegar zing, high quality meat and cheese, and tangy pickled peppers and onions. And it's a decent portion for the price. I was originally planning on getting something else on today's visit but I saw someone walking around with one of these and I had to get one. Today I also got a cup of broccoli cheese soup which came with a slice of different, but still delicious, bread and some butter. It was also good. I've tried the cookies and they're awesome. I've had my eye on the banana danish but haven't gotten it yet. I would say get a baked good if you have room when you're there. Now I'm thinking about the sandwich again. Seriously.
