Man this place is the pits. Too bad there is not much else better at the MKE airport. If you want a beer this place is probably the best in the building but it's a really low bar. Grab a burger at your favorite fast food restaurant on the way and stop here for a beer if you want. Keep the mixed drinks simple if you want it done correctly.

Stopped in to have my last brat before leaving the cheese state. While the beer was cold and service friendly, the brat was sadly disappointing. The bun was stale and crumbled apart. The brat was smaller than a Johnsonville. As a Wisconsinite I was hugely disappointed.

Might be nice if a Miller Brewhouse was open after 3PM on a Saturday, welcome to the Brew City.

Staff failed to show up. 1 bartender and 1 cook for the whole restaurant. Bartender shut down food orders cause he couldn’t do it all by himself. Food was burnt, and it was only cheese curds. Then HMS Host charged me a 4% fee because they are not making enough money, which was added to my bill. This was posted on the paper menus, but not on the online menus they force you to use since they don’t have staff. Do not eat at HMS run restaurants at MKE!

We arrived and none of the "drink " items were available. Ordered pre made chili and grilled chicken sandwich and over 30 mins did not receive. DO NOT go head to concourse and eat there.

Service here was pretty cruddy. They acted inconvienced that I was even there. Couldn't get refills or anything. Food was decent, not the worst for an airport. Burger was nearly burnt though, it crunched.

The cheeseburger and fries were extremely satisfying!!! The service was also very good. This was a nice place to sit, grab some food and a drink after a flight.

Stopped in for a late lunch at around 1:30pm on a Friday because I was too early to check-in on Southwest so I needed to eat outside of security. This review is a warning so you don't make the same mistake.Place wasn't overly busy, maybe a half dozen tabs open. I sat at a side table and tried to use the online ordering via QR code, but the system wouldn't let me order unless I had a tab open, so I had to go to the bar. Doesn't this defeat the purpose? At the bar, the bartender looked and sounded like she had the busiest shift ever experienced by a bartender. Was the noon rush that bad? She made it sound like I was a major ask when all I wanted was a brat and water. She later brought me my food and was a hair nicer, but couldn't walk away fast enough. And never came back to check on me. Probably for the best, as my brat was extremely sad: small, overcooked, and dry. At least they didn't add sauerkraut like I asked. They also gave me chips instead of fries, but they were homemade and not bad.Was at least able to close out my tab via the online system, though it was very wonky and kept trying to get me to order a pinot grigio. Also assessed me a hospitality charge? I received no hospitality. And they will never receive my business again.

Didn't have much option but to eat at Mitchell on our trip. Tried the Brewhouse. Service was great - the bartender was handling the tables and took care of us very well (it was not too crowded at 1:30pm). Ambiance was good - open area that was clean and with high ceilings and a view of the gates. Food was mid and expensive for what you get. We had a salad with grilled chicken and a brat. While not really unexpected, many other airports across the country offer much better food for similar prices. Milwaukee airport needs to up its game on this front. Miller Brewhouse service and ambiance were fine, but the food and value were just mid.

The food was absolutely wonderful. The customer service however was horrible. The bartender lady this evening was rude as hell and asked my boyfriend why didn’t he order when we got there versus sitting down a while to mingle. Are u serious. She was noticeably rude to other customers as well and proclaimed that the kitchen was shut down as we proceeded to order. Never will we ever be back she is unprofessional and slammed our plates on the table just turning to take off instead of asking for anything else we needed and did everything look ok.
