Worst customer service me and my boyfriend experienced. They were super rude today and the lady cheated me and my boyfriend on our food, did not give us full portions when we asked and on top of that, the food wasn’t even cooked all the way. I recommend going to another location

Opens at 10 but got there after 10 and didnt get a response in the drive thru. Not even a “sorry just a moment” etc. There were employees in there. If you open at a certain time that should be when you are ready to prepare and take orders not an hour etc after that its fast food for a reason if you are understaffed etc state that to people who were willing to take their time to come to your establishment

The people working there were clearly high AF. The whole counter crew, except for the poor dudes cooking in the back, were absolutely blasted. Like, super weird behaviors. Must be nice to have a job where you can show up wasted, stay wasted all shift, and re-up if ya need to! They were so F’d up, I left without ordering.

I work for doordash and I can never get the food on time at this one. It takes at least a half hour wait to pick up food for delivery. Horrible.

Went and bought two plates. The restaurant was busy with lobby orders as well as delivery pick ups. An Asian woman took our order and then put the to go containers stacked up by the register and walked away to attend to a phone call. I tried to call her to ring us up and she mumbled something and walked away. I tried to get the Hispanic female working the drive thru to help us since she was finishing the order for the people behind us and she didn’t care either. No one was at the register. Then the people behind us got their order completed and food was also stacked behind ours. We couldn’t get any employee to check us out so we could leave and eat our food at home. It sat getting cold. Finally a female employee came from the back since I waved to her and rang us up. I was ok to wait when we got there because it was understandably busy but to wait after my order was taken for almost ten minutes and watch the food stacked up was unacceptable. ONLY applies to 27th St location.
