My friend was violently attacked by a man in this casinos parking lot on Saturday march 9th around 3 am, this parking garage has always been dangerous especially for women, no security was around and she’s lucky to be alive!!

I had a slice of their cake of the month from Mini and Wow. This month it was carrot cake. It was so moist and the frosting was delicious. Great service and even better cake!

Ate at the taco place and food was short of a can of dog food. it was horrible. Steak was not steak and ground beef I'm not sure what that was. Definitely will not eat there again. 40.00 for slop.

No selection 2 to 3 things to choose from each restaurant and still takes 30 to 40 mins to get your order! Potawatomi refuses to follow WI state law to have their employees wear hair nets n men beard nets if they have facial hair. Even when u complain u found a hair in your food they ignore you and still nothing done. Their burritos are horrible, burgers over cooked and you have to watch out for hair shakes are the worst by far soft serve ice cream from a machine with chocolate or strawberry syrup amd majority of the time not even mixed. They charge you $6 for it and they are too cheap to use real fruit. Go to Oscar's or Kopps for a real shake n burger and a lot cheaper! Pizza no flavor better off buying a Jack's frozen pizza 1/5 of the price with no flavor so no difference. Food court had more of a selection and didn't take 30mins + to get your food. Poor management!

This is a new venue that replaced the Buffet from pre-Covid days. The area has a bar, a deli, a taco shop, a pizza shop, a ramen shop, a burger shop and a cookie cake cupcake venue. It's set up to be either takeout or eat in. Today, I had my second meal here. My first meal couple of weeks ago was a burger. It was just OK. Today my second meal was an Italian sub; that was pretty good. (See my photo). The only way to obtain your food is to first use their electronic touch screen ordering machine that is not quite that user-friendly and asks for an abundance of information regarding your order and then you have to go through a series of other screens to identify yourself, put a cell phone number in to be texted when your order is ready, and then another several screens for payment by using a comp, your fire club, points, a credit card, etc. Very labor-intensive. As I inferred, ordering is very slow and laborious and then the wait for the food is a bit because they're still breaking in the folks to prepare the food, I believe. My attitude about this place is a wait-and-see. I hope it improves and they do something about the terrible ordering process and that I'll be able to rewrite my review and give it a higher than three star rating next time.

When I try a place I like to start off basic, for pizza that means just a plain cheese pizza. I really enjoyed ordering from the kiosk and using my Firekeeper points to pay for the food and the staff was very friendly as always, however the bottom line is the food wasn't very good. The "Project Pizza" is advertised as Neapolitan style but other than being fairly thin I did not find it to resemble Neapolitan style at all which would be fine if it still tasted good but the crust was so tough that my jaw was hurting after eating 2 slices. I'm sure I'll be back and I will try the other stations (Ramen looked good) and maybe if I've been drinking I'll try the pizza again.

The Burger Co. looked like it was going to be a bust because they were taking a while to fill orders. It wasn't their fault, they just got slammed all at once. But, let me assure you, the burgers are fantastic, reminiscent of a Kopps burger. Same with the fries - hand-cut and fried in peanut oil (I believe). In fact, they come in nearly identical cone-shaped white paper. Is this Kopps in disguise? I don't know, but the food was delicious and we'll definitely go back.(Note: they gave us a free order of fries for the longer than usual wait time. Great, unexpected customer service for sure and I'd go back just for that reason.)

Potawatomi had a good buffet and replaced with an overpriced food court, $14 for a burger and fries. An extra charge for fountain drinks, which are complimentary on the casino floor. Your customers are gambling in your casino, please stop nickel-and-diming us. I have elected to drive the extra 40 minutes to The Temporary in Waukegan. This casino offers a strong inventory of full pay video poker and even a small lunch buffet to boot! My first mailer based upon a modest $3,000 coin-in generated $780 in monthly free slot play, two complimentary buffets, and a loss rebate of $450. For some strange reason the new Marketplace food court reminds me of management style of Jerry Krause following the Bulls second 3-peat.

Dietary restrictions: There are no water cups for people who can’t drink soda. Simply put another paper cup for these people. The people making food said couldn’t give me a cup ,no just water, the quality of food better at sports bar, can,t eat sauces on chicken. Felt very disappointed, hope you will have salads, husband took pizza supreme hardly any meat. No pepperoni ? on pizza either. Could not recommend this type of food.
