I have enjoyed food here in the past but my last few experiences have been frustrating. The hours state that the cafe opens at 7 am M-F. On more than one occasion I have called to place an order to pick-up and I get no answer. Yesterday I went to order a toast that is made with avocados. Couldn't have it because there were no avocados. So, I tried calling ahead this morning. After a number of tries and no answer I go to the cafe and order the toast and the avocados they have are not ripe. I am on a specific diet and this cafe is the only place nearby that carries the foods that I can eat. So needless to say I am disappointed and hungry. However, the barista was very kind and the food is always delicious.

This was one of the only coffee and breakfast places open on NYE. We ordered one regular coffee and two everything bagels toasted with cream cheese. The shop was nearly empty, so found it a little odd when we were told it would be 10-15 minutes. First item up was the coffee. It was ice cold. The barista apologized, said she'd let the manager know and politely offered to make an Americano or other espresso drink. Americano was fine, but you're a coffee shop and your coffee maker doesn't work? WTF. Next we were told that she only had one everything bagel left. So we subbed a sesame bagel, no big deal. But were alerted a few minutes later that the sesame bagel had gone bad due to "inventory being weird with the holiday schedule." Doesn't exactly make you confident about the food you're about to eat. So we walked out with two grocery-store-quality, un-toasted bagels and an Americano. Positives: shop was cute, barista was friendly and prices were very reasonable

This was my first time at Red June Cafe. It's a culet little place. The chai that I got was pretty milky for my taste, but the sweet toast was very tasty. Service was great. The barista made sure that everyone knew that she had noticed them as they walked in, and took their orders promptly. I will be going again.

Quiet little cafe in the heart of cathedral square. It's VERY quiet on the weekends, great for studying/working. The coffee is pretty good, but there are other cafes in the area that have better. The only thing that is very frustrating is the hours are inconsistent. Online it says they're open between 8:00-1:00 on Saturdays and I have gone by two different weekends when that has not been the case (I have also asked for the hours in person and they tell me they should be open then).

Incredible food and drinks. I got the mini bagels and a Nutella latte. Staff was friendly, atmosphere quiet and chill. Better than Starbucks by a lot, although the food prices were slightly higher than a typical cafe. Overall nice place, I'll be back

Overall, I've enjoyed my experiences at Red June. I would avoid the nutella latte if they still have it - nutella does not really melt, and it made the drink grainy. I have gotten smoothies there which were delish, as well as other coffee drinks. Also, the food is decent, and you get a lot of it for a reasonable price. The service can be slow, which is why I didn't go for five stars. I can understand it's not Starbucks, and things might take a little longer, but I typically find myself there for about fifteen minutes. That feels really long, and doesn't make it easy for me to run here for a quick pick-me-up even though I work right around the corner.

Red June is a great spot for some breakfast or lunch with ☕! I come here a the time when I'm working downtown. I've tried a lot of things in their menu and I've never been disappointed. It tastes like home!
What such a cute and peaceful place to eat! Compared to big coffee shops, no wait lines, fast order, not that loud noise of the crowd. I would say, perfect for a Sunday morning, not busy, enjoyable.

Ordered breakfast meat sandwich, banana bread and a hot chocolate for delivery. They replaced banana bread with pumpkin bread without checking with me. They left a note on the bread. Pumpkin bread was delicious, so I wasn't too annoyed. Breakfast sandwich was good and so was their hot chocolate. I am giving only 3 stars since the breakfast sandwich was not entirely satisfactory. Eggs could have been better.
