We come here multiple times a year, we love taking everyone who has never been. We love taking people from out of town there especially. It's usually fun. The last two times I was there were awful. I have never given a bad review and I'll basically take anything from a restaurant with a smile....but this is beyond me. We were never once addressed as spies or anything fun, I had to ask for the scavenger hunt sheet for my out of town guests, the food was cold, our server was colder..... I am actually embarrassed. We were celebrating a 12th birthday and nothing was addressed. I don't know where the fun has gone. I also am floored by the awful service through and through, how could everyone in there working be so miserable!! I thought the drunk depressed magician was bad last fall, now they just have a drunk bartender. It wild! It's supposed to be fun. So I probably won't we back, and that makes me incredibly sad.

Go strictly for the atmosphere, lots to see and experience. Fun from the start as you have to locate the entrance. The entrance is now manned, as before you had to figure how to get in. Camera there and people watching you inside fumble around. This WAS fun. The person now will ask you for the password so get it unless you want to prove you are not a double agent by doing a task. If ever possible get the booth that revolves so you can make a quick getaway if there ever is any KGB danger. The food is unique but you can't be a picky eater. The flavor of the burgers is okay, the brisket was mid level. The price and portions of food are disproportionate. The servers are friendly but seemed rushed and rushed to get you out.

I’ve been wanting to check this place out. We did the goofy thing inside the door that we had to do to get in and was welcomed by applause from the wait staff. We checked in and me & my wife were crammed in a tight space with a small table. The cheese curds were ok and the brisket sandwich I had the brisket in it was dry. Our waitress was good though and the atmosphere was cool

I had a group of 7 from out of town. Ordered dinner, 3 entrees came but not the other 4. After 15 minutes, I sent the 3 entrees back and told the waitress to remake and bring the food out as a group. The other 4 entrees came but had to wait for the original 3 for 10 more minutes. Manager was no help, experience was horrible. This place could have turned into a regular spot to bring the training classes I do in Milwaukee, I will never return and would not recommend to an of my co-workers.

Shhh... agents need a safe space too!! A family friendly place - but that any fan of spy movies will enjoy - an nonfans too! This is a super cool place, with an equally satisfying menu!

My friend and I were looking for a place to eat while visiting downtown Milwaukee. We heard about SafeHouse, and let's just say we were intrigued and had to check it out. Our hope was to find a cozy spot to have dinner and enjoy some drinks afterwards. We were incredibly fortunate to be seated in Deseo's section. They provided the BEST service we've ever had and was THE kindest, friendliest person we could have ever hoped to meet by chance. My friend and I had so much fun that we lost track of time. We ultimately overstayed our welcome according to SafeHouse's policy of turning over tables within 1.5 to 2 hours, but Deseo insisted we stay at our table and made us feel so comfortable and cared for. My friend and I had an amazing night thanks to Deseo and can't wait to return thanks to their exceptional service!

But it's in a parking garage across the streetWheelchair accessibility: It's wheel chair accessible and they have lifts and ramps

Food was good but experience was amazing! From the time you walk in the door (best entrance ever) thru the entire amazing staff (you will end up dealing with mister than just your waiter as you will have questions I’m sure) to the experience itself! 10/10! I don’t know who loved it more, me and my husband or our 10 year old! ? If you are in the area it’s a MUST try!

Took my Fiance and we had a blast. Enjoyed the secret entrance and skit to get in. Food options are limited and is on the pricier side but given the overall experience it was worth it. Definitely worth a visit once or twice a year if you live in the Milwaukee area

My son and I walked in to a guy on his phone sitting there in the first room. He asked us to raise our arms and do some other silly stuff that my son didn't want to participate in. He then opened the door and said something rude like how he bets we are fun at parties and if the Bucks lost, it would be our faults. We had Bucks apparel on, and were in Milwaukee for the Bucks game. Not everyone can get excited and do silly dances to a guy sitting in a room on his phone. Horrible experience and it should be know not all people will respond in the way wanted. He then went right back to being on his phone.
