The handmade pasta so fresh and decadent in texture, and the family that owns the business is so kind and passionate about their products.

Love, love, love this place. We go there for our dry pasta assortment, our fresh pasta & the wonderfully seasoned delicious Di Pomodoro sauce. Did I say delicious? YES, I did! The owners are so friendly & helpful.

Hands down, best little shop in MKE. And the pasta is amazing!

Wanted to love the fresh pasta but it seemed a little under seasoned (lacking salt). Not sure I would make the trek again. Shop is adorable with lots of unique items.

Our group took a pasta making class. I learned a lot and really enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

So much fun today with the pasta making class. Petra, was an absolute joy and very knowledgeable about Italian cooking. If you have the opportunity, come and experience for yourself

I LOVE this place. My wife and I have taken 3 of the pasta making classes together and she's done a fourth with friends. Cool way to get together and learn some stuff. We have several of the specialtiy shop purchases in our cooking inventory, including some Toscane Honey, Rose' Vineger, tomato paste and olive oil. The Canoli kits are awesome for diner parties. For a quick and easy meal, go grab a bag of their in-house made pasta and red sauce.

This review is long overdue, but we picked up one of their “picnic packs” this past summer and it was a huge hit with our friends and family! It consisted of various cured meats, cheeses, olives and fresh fruit! It was so good, highly recommend if you’re looking for a good charcuterie board!

Had a really wonderful time at the ravioli making class! Would definitely recommend stopping in to shop too.

Review is for mostly the pasta class but also the store! I had been eagerly awaiting the classic egg pasta class for a while, and we were not let down. Petra and Andy take such pride in their shop and it shows! We started wandering (and salivating over) their small but impressive selection of sauces, oils, salts, and Italian goodies. They have samples of most of their items, so definitely ask when you're in!The class started with Petra giving a brief overview of the general recipe and then we got our hands dirty almost immediately kneading the dough. The dough got to rest for a bit while we got to sip on some beautiful red wine and Petra taught us how to make a puttanesca sauce. When we went back to knead some more, Andy had magically cleaned the stations and set us up for the next round! On our next rest break, Petra finished assembling the puttanesca with some pasta she made earlier that day and we got a healthy serving of fresh pasta and puttanesca, followed by a sample of some of the most amazing Panettone I have ever had. The care that Petra and Andy put into their work is evident, and their commitment to supporting organic, high quality foods is remarkable. Looking forward to many more classes here!
