I love Simmas. I cannot get out of the place without over-buying. I don't think I've ever had one item that I did not like. I LOVE sweets and this bakery is my favorite because they either use real butter, or have found a substitute that doesn't taste like margarine. Delish:)

If you want a great cheesecake for any event, look no further than Simma's!!! Friendly and kind service serving the best cheesecake around. We picked up a cake for my mom's birthday, it was both beautiful and delicious. Personally I like a tad more fruit with my cheesecake so if you'd feel the same, maybe pick up your preferred fruit to add on the side. But overall this cheesecake is fantastic!!

The change of ownership or bakers has impacted the overall taste of the bakery goods. 10-12 years ago I couldn’t get enough of their products but recently something is missing big time and flavor has vanished from the store front bakery items. However special ordered cheesecake for birthdays are really good though. Just wish it was the same when you want a small piece from the front. The atmosphere and staff are really nice though. Please go back to the old recipes or ingredients!
GREAT cheesecake but the customer service is horrible. Crabby & just rude. If you don't like your job then go work somewhere else-I mean it's a bakery, what can be so bad!

My husband met with a member of their cake team to order a cake for our daughter's first birthday, and the employee was 20 minutes late. She told him she was cat sitting and therefor was running behind, which was...not a good luck. She took photos of our baby's favorite book that he'd brought with, and filled out the details on the form for a two tier cake with scenes from the book. She even said she was excited to do the cake with such a cute theme! We went to pick it up today for the party tomorrow and it just wasn't there. The woman who took the order wasn't there, but the woman who helped us remembered the order and remembered the cake team member being late. Apparently she was supposed to take a deposit, which she did not. They called her, and she said she'd texted my husband about it, but his phone has no text from anyone at Simma's. The woman who was helping us offered to write "happy birthday [baby's name] on a basic cake from their case, and since we had zero other options we went ahead with that. I was surprised she didn't offer any kind of discount. Overall I'm just incredibly disappointed at what is usually such a great place. The woman who helped us was trying her best. But it makes me so sad not to have this special cake for my daughter that I thought we had ordered that I could cry. Needless to say we will not be back for cakes, and if you want to order a cake from there, make sure you pay a deposit and get confirmation of the order, because you might get the extremely disorganized and unprofessional cake specialist who will drop the ball and put a big dent on a special day.

Always a great experience. All their bakery is excellent. Sometimes there is a wait but it goes quickly. Staff is very helpful and courteous.Parking: Only street parking is available which can be tricky depending on the time of day as there are many other businesses near there.
