Mushroom sandwich was soooooo good! The staff was friendly and the decorations were cute. There isn’t a ton of seating when it’s cold but definitely going to come back when it’s warm!

I went to smallpie, due to the building's design. I had no idea what it was. However when I went in I was greeted by two wonderful people!! After looking at the menu I went with the cheddar and apple sandwich which was so, so good. I got a few things to go. This is a place with stopping in at!!! The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. I'll be back!!

Excellent buttery pastry savory pies and interesting sandwich combinations. Portions are sensibly sized with a focus of quality over quantity.Nice place to sit outside with a beer too, there's outdoor heaters for the unusual days where it's a bit cold in Milwaukee.

It was a great experience and staff was very helpful. However, the reason I went there was Google indicated that they had hot Ham and hard rolls. It turns out that was stopped years ago.

Great little stop if you want something quick or on the go. Outdoor seating, weather permitting. The coffee is great as well as the food. The staff is friendly and the shop small and charming. I highly recommend pretty much everything from here.

I love the pie here, and it is definitely the main draw. The selection is great, and it is one of my favorite atmospheres in the city. The food in general is good, but be aware the portions are a bit smaller than you may expect for the price.

I had no idea SmallPie was a subsidiary of Honeypie which is closer to our home. Located in a hidden commercial pocket of Bay View, SmallPie is housed in a cute transformation of a gas station. My wife and I walked in and oohed and aawed at the cookies and pies on display. I tried to joke and kibitz with the two women working this warm Thursday morning in February, but they didn't like me. No smiles, warmth, or interaction was forthwith. They were all business. We purchased a bunch of stuff: 5 slices of pie and at least 4 cookies. Prices were very high, but the slices were big. SmallPie ain't cheap. My chocolate chip cookie was good, but the Toffee cookie was great. My favorite pie was pistachio. Chocolate pie let me down. In summation, the baked goods were well made and enjoyable, but the price point might cause me to hesitate. I wasn't in pie ecstasy. The lack of engagement by the staff wasn't encouraging. My sense of self needs positive reinforcement. Milwaukee used to be much friendlier. Tribalism isn't good for mental health.

My husband and I had a cheeseburger and broccoli cheddar hand pies. They were delicious. They asked if they were for here or to go. We had them heated up there and ate

Normally delicious pies, but I've noticed the last few times they were smaller. Went in this morning about 10:30am. Only a few cream pies to pick from so I picked banana. They gave me a completely fallen apart piece and some of the bananas were old. Also, barely any banana filling - just loaded with whip cream. All for $9.01! I'm going to find another pie place or skip it altogether.

Unbelievably expensive for an average quality tiny piece of pie. I expected a quality over quantity experience, just thought it would be more for almost $10 a piece. The lady that helped me was nice though.

Small Pie is a cute little space with a small outdoor patio when weather permits to have delicious treats and bakery. We ordered a pie online for pick up as a gift for our daughter and hubby for their 3rd anniversary. It worked out super easily and well. The gals were kind and friendly at the store and our pie was ready to go at the pick up time. We also purchased a gift card as a gift for a future pie. This was warmly received and super delicious. If you're looking for a unique and sweet special (as the pies are costly , but made with quality ingredients) gift for someone- consider one of their pies. YUM!!!!! There isn't a lot of parking availability. But, you'll manage. :) If you are elderly or can't walk far- maybe look into being dropped off so you can sit outside and enjoy your bakery - or inside. The seating is limited inside and it is small inside. But then you can look at the pretty case of desserts and think about your next visit.
