I asked for my Matcha latte to be done with no ice. I don’t like ice for sanitary reasons , If I don’t know where your ice comes from, I don’t want it. When I got to the register to pay, A lady with severe cystic acne Handed me my drink with ice, and I just said “aw They put ice in there” … And with the sassiest attitude possible, she snapped back at me and said that the drink needs ice getting it without ice isn’t an option, and that it ruins the drink to not have ice. Are you kidding me? Do you think I don’t get the same drink without ice almost every week? Come on. Please hire better Barista…. I’ll be taking my business to another Starbucks

The Infinite
This place is always dirty when I come in, and they seem to never mop or wipe down the tables, but today was disgusting. They spilled a syrup or something all over the floor in the front, and judging by the amount of footprints it has been this way for at least a couple days.My feet were literally stuck to the floor like I super glued them. This syrupy substance was smeared thick all over the entire restaurant with hundreds of footprints in it. This was in the morning of today.They were not busy, I don't understand how they let customers walk through this and can't take 5 minutes out of their time to mop adequately.

As a delivery driver it's really difficult to see my order sitting by the person at the drive-thru while they are busy taking orders... Can I step back there and put everything in the bag so that I can get going? Time is money. I'm delivering for your customers. Hurry it up.

This drive thru used to be extremely quick-- I knew I could get through in less than 5 minutes which was something I could count on when I was running late to work. Over the last year I've had to skip the drive thru because cars are backed up onto the street. They know their busy hours so I'm confused why they lack efficiency and some pep in their step. Your best bet is to leave 30 minutes earlier or order on the app and pick up in store. Although, the parking situation isn't a perk either, so navigating the traffic jam in the lot is a disaster. The drinks are consistently decent, nothing to write home about.
They are excellent on getting things done quickly but They are not excellent on Reading the details of what the order is and instead of apologizing. The young lady said to me I didn't realize people still drink hot Chai.? I was just wondering when did people stop drinking hot Chai latte??? She acted like I was a foreigner? Or if my drink was a seasonal item?? But I have a Starbucks a gold card that shows you. How long I've Been Coming to Starbucks because. They No longer offer gold cards. I just need them to read directions of the order before making a drink. Because apology was needed but instead the other comment was given.

This is usually my go to location. Order is always correct, drinks are good, friendly staff. Only downfall is the horrid parking lot. Got into some words with someone once about which direction you are supposed to drive, but that’s not Starbucks fault!

I was dissatisfied with my drink. I ordered a Doordash delivery, so you know it was going to be pricey. But the issue was that my drink, as you can see, was all ice and 1/4th of the drink missing. In addition, it didn't taste the way it should. It believe it was carelessly made. Not happy, especially cause delivery is so expensive. I got a med drink, cake, and an avocado spread, totaling 24 bucks. I was so upset with my 4 sip drink. I enjoyed my avocado spread the most. So disappointing.
