We are new to the area and were absolutely blown away by this restaurant. We were so impressed by the quality of food, the creativity of the dishes, and the attentive yet relaxed wait staff. You won't regret a visit!

The food was amazing! The steak was so delicious. The atmosphere was great! It was a great night out on New Year's Eve! Highly recommend going

Last two times I have gone here I have had bad food. Fried chicken livers way over done, and beef shank was dry and tough, variable were under cooked to he point of being raw. And last time I went somehow my bill came out to $168. I had drinks and bought cocktails mix to go, but just seemed like too much after I thought about it. Not sure if I trust restaurant manger, seemed to be playing around with the bill.

The food and service were very good. Took my mom there for dinner before a show downtown. The food was delicious and paced perfectly. Will definitely dine there again.

Food was delicious! We visited on a fairly busy Friday lunch, so the dinning room was pretty noisy. Would have preferred to sit in the bar area but it wasn't offered so we didn't know if they were seating that part of the restaurant. Experience was average but would return for the food. I had the mushroom gyro with cauliflower side and my husband had the steak sandwich with roast potatoes - both were great!

Squash and wild rice salad was absolutely amazing. Also had the beets and an Elderbery Fizz. My server Sam was outstanding. Great atmosphere. I should have ordered desert because everything I ordered was superb. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a delicious cup of coffee and ordered the following: Mushroom and spinach waffle. Bread pudding waffle with mushroom duxelle, broccolini, salad, feta, truffle oil, poached eggs and smoked shallot marmalade. Looks great....however, my waffle was burned and BLACK on the bottom. Also one egg was hard in the center, not poached. Not inedible, but it could have been an amazing dish if they hadn't plated the burned waffle. The accompanying salad had a very good dressing....love breakfast with some salad on the plate. Great atmosphere and service. I'll be back.

Delicious food! With 4 people we shared 1 pass, 2 shares, and a binding from the menu. The mushroom cacio e pepe was my favorite thing I ate. Also enjoyed a nice coffee martini with valentine coffee and some bubbly rose wine that was so good I took a picture so I could drink it again. Will definitely be back! The staff is also very organized, courteous, and professional. Don't always see that these days.

This is one of my all time favorite shareable plates restaurants. Located on Bluemound Ave, there is street parking only. We made a reservation although on a Tuesday evening the dining area didn't fill up much. I got there just in time to take advantage of their happy hour & decided on a sangria; delish! After perusing the menu, our server gave us some of her favorites so we went with burrata, mushroom hand pies, and the brussels sprouts salad. All 3 dishes were flavorful & well balanced. I think I prefer their brunch options over dinner but would not hesitate to recommend this spot to someone wanting some midwestern deliciousness!

Time for an upgrade! While I used to be lucky to find one or two items on the menu here that I enjoy, I'm happy to report that that this has changed. Story Hill has moved into our regular Sunday brunch rotation in the past year. Nearly every time I struggle between one of the specials and a few of the regular menu items. It's good to have choices! Plus sausage roll FTW. Smiley face emoji.
