I would NOT recommend delivery. They took longer to prepare it so, the driver was waiting for at least 15 minutes to pick it up. The order was missing two items that are supposed to be included in the bowl, the cashew dressing and the nori. Additionally the food quality was very poor, the salmon was quite fishy tasting. For the price I had expected to get at least a decent amount of rice but as the picture shows it was very minimal. It seems they do not care much about the quality of the food, and I would really advise people to stay away.

Really fresh ingredients. But, the person I had making my salad was the rudest person ever. They ask light medium or heavy dressing I said medium then I said actually a little more. They said oh you mean heavy then I said my bad they said ya your bad you’re correct. They didn’t fill up my bowl all the way and said they don’t do rewards when I just signed up today.

Placed an order online that was never delivered or received. Door dash was unable to locate the restaurant, and if you call the number listed it’s all automated. Don’t bother ordering if you are looking for delivery or customer service!

I love sweetgreen as a chain, and I’ve had great experiences at other locations but this one misses the mark. Both of these were pick up orders so maybe it’s better in person when you can watch them make it. But one time I went I asked for extra crispy onions on something and they put none. After that I learned to check the food before you leave. So I made another pickup order a while later and checked it this time before leaving and they had forgotten to put any salmon on my salmon plate! They put some in when I asked but that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.I also don’t think their employees understand the purpose of an in-advance pickup order. Both times I placed the order for about 1 hr ahead of time because that’s when I wanted to get it, but then they make it asap anyways. Which means that the food is just sitting on their shelves for a while before I get there which is outright dangerous with meats, especially fish which is usually what I get. If someone places an in-advance pickup for a certain time, that order should be completed only about 15 minutes ahead MAXIMUM so that it’s still fresh and safe to eat.This location needs to get it together.

Typical hipster, healthy food restaurant in the very busy third ward neighborhood of Milwaukee.Lots of salad and bowls. I had the Miso Salmon which was good and filling.Overall, a decent choice for a quick healthy meal.

I frequently order sweetgreen to my workplace. First time, packaging was thoughtful and everything in the order was correct. Second two times (in the same week), order was missing the same ingredients and side of bread.It clearly lists all items on the receipt. The first time I was satisfied with a credit for my next order. This time? I’m considering not ordering again. I don’t want to keep expecting something and getting disappointed over and over again.Perhaps during peak hours, additional staff should be on to assist to prevent situations like this from occurring.

Very solid salad spot in Milwaukee. It is a chain so I would recommend going somewhere else if you’re looking for a hometown feel but this place is just fine.
I have ordered a few times I find this place to be fantastic. I often get the crispy rice bowl I highly recommend it. I have only ordered delivery from this location.

LOVE Sweet Green! Yelp! Just held an event there where we could get an entry and crispy snack to try so I do want to preface that my meal was covered but it was delicious. I loved my selection - the Crispy Rice Bowl! The spicy cashew sauce is dairy free and gluten free but 100% not lacking flavor. It's a bit of a drive for me to go frequently but if I am in the area Sweet Green will be my first stop. Every single dish looked amazing and the staff was kind and responsible with treating allergens. For those who suffer dietary allergen, you know the struggle, Sweet Green is a safe place for us!

First time here.I love salads, so was cautiously optimistic. It didn't disappoint. The service was quick and pleasant. It was very clean and bright and everyone seemed to enjoy working there.The options were many and I chose the BBQ chicken salad and it was crisp and fresh and tasty. It was definitely enough for a meal and not too out of this world pricey. Would definitely go back.

Had a fish taco bowl. It was good enough that I had finished it before I realized the dressing was in a side container still in the bag. Was very impressed with the food. Will definitely be eating here again.Got delivery, can't comment on service or atmosphere.

The appearance is misleading, more akin to a gas station than a typical SweetGreen location. The focaccia, served cold, was a letdown. A request to warm it was met with refusal, which was disappointing and detracted from the experience.
