This was a door dash pickup. Very slow in food prep. Waited over twenty minutes for an order. Not good. But the atmosphere was nice. They totally remodeled the inside of the club and it looked really nice. If I had time to just chill and have a few drinks I think I would go there and sit for a spell.

The service is horrible. The owner just walked around and didn't greet anyone. I had to ask for a menu. No server came to the table. No server sat us down. Me and my friends had to find a seat as it became available. Sat. At the table for 35 mins without a water. Someone else came in sat down and got their order taken right away. Popular doesn't mean better. This level of service is disrespectful for anybody who wanted to spend money

Great atmosphere; the food and presentation was great. I ordered the grilled shrimp and my girlfriend had the jerk pasta. My mash potatoes could’ve been more creamy but still tasted good. I love what they did to the place. The staff was amazing. Didn’t have a long wait to order, to get our drinks or food and didn’t have to ask for the check. Been to many upscale places where you have to track down the waiter but they were on point that night. The price and portions were good. I would usually spend around $200 any place else. Bill came to 80.

Good food and options for what is more of a bar that serves food than a restaurant with a bar. Volume of music also contributed to this classification. If you are 40+, best to arrive, enjoy and leave by 9:30p as the crowd and music shifts. It's safe, just a different vibe for this 80s baby and lover of 90s and early 2000s music.

I honestly don't believe the good reviews, but maybe they've gotten better. I came here with some people and they waited over an hour for their food. After they started eating, another 45 minutes went by and I had noticed that I still didn't have my food. I spoke to the manager and he not once apologized, but he did however go get my food. Once my food came out the catfish was undercooked. When I brought that to the managers attention I told him that I would keep my fries because I was hungry from waiting so long but that they could take the fish. He proceeds to throw the fish back on my plate and take the whole thing. I said, "I was going to eat the fries because I was hungry." He said "we're just gonna take it off your bill, because we're not about to remake the whole thing." My mouth dropped!! The craziest part of it all is that it was my birthday. Smh. I really couldn't believe it. Honestly, the most welcoming person there was the security guard. Maybe they've gotten better, and that's where the good reviews come from, but honestly, I wouldn't even give them a second chance to find out.

Had an incompetent waitstaff Shakeria who waited on me only not to know anything we asked. I asked if I could get a lobster tail on the side and was charged full price. The owner with the dreads (didn’t get his name) was unprofessional and okay with the poor customer service. The food was full of salt and overall not worth the price. If you’re okay with people getting back off you then continue to support them. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and advice all my followers. Do better black people.

Went after work on a Friday, it was pretty easy to get seated and order. There were a lot of gnats flying around and our waitress was smoking hookah when we were looking for her help.. when we got her attention, while on her way to the table, another waitress stopped her and asked her to try a new drink… she took her shot and she brought her drink to our table and sat it down.. it gave like a family , home style, type of place. Otherwise the food was ok.

I would not recommend this place to no one they have you waiting over an hour for simple food if you sit at the the tables they will charge you 10-12 more dollars just to sit and eatAlso they will charge you to use your card the first time I went there and sat at the bar I wasn’t charged but when i sat at the table they charged me an extra 3 dollars on top of an extra 10 for gratuity and food was 50 spent 76 is insane
