Was told they were doing a shift change at 11:15 pm. Told to move vehicle and drive around and wait in the parking lot so the timer would not continue to run while they were doing a “shift change.” Waited a few minutes in the parking lot and drove around again this time to a new excuse. They were counting the register and needed time to do “accounting.” At this point we said we would wait and they could finish up. Continued to give us a run around about waiting and staff was very short with us asking how long it would take. Spoke to a “manager” and received many excuses for what was happening but no remedies. Left a few minutes later and saw workers filling and drinking sodas. Numerous cars were not served, and employees were refusing service to all. Just close early if you have to… refusing to serve customers was horrible.

They changed to only kiosk ordering inside, and it doesn't work well at all. Ordered a new looking roll-up only to be told they don't make that. My friends order got completely lost.. no refund for me..
