Terrible! My experiences in the past have not been bad, but my most recent visit was very bad. I asked for no dairy on the bean burrito. The worker said there’s no dairy in it. And then she said wait there’s only sour cream. I said no sour cream. When the order came out, there was cheese. I went back in and said that I had asked for no cheese and the employee went on to argue with me stating I never said anything about no cheese when I indeed said no dairy. She grabbed the burrito from me and threw it in the garbage and began to make fun of me to another employee. I ended up saying never mind. So disrespectful.

Just very unprofessional workplace guys sagging there pants and always getting the orders wrong. Last time I'll ever go to this taco bell. How hard is it to get a order correct for a paying customer. Should double check education levels before they hire.

Never will I go to this Taco Bell again. Just horrible my receipt clearly says my order yet still they get it wrong put lettuce on my food I requested no lettuce. I order 3 Baja blast sodas get 1 and 2 frozen Baja blast and my chalupa hard as a rock. I spent 40 dollars here and this what I get smh.

This place is a complete mess. I ordered on the app and got a notification that my order was ready. After arriving, the 2 workers told me it never went through, to ask for a refund, and reorder. I reordered and got another notification that my order was ready, yet the employees told me again it never went through. After reaching out to customer support to get refunded for both charges which have posted to my bank account, I have gotten only one response asking for more info about the situation. I responded immediately, but it has now been 4 days later, and after consistently emailing the CS rep, I still have not received any other responses or a refund. The workers in the resturant were trashy and useless, the customer service reps do not respond to errors made by them, and I am not even close to receiving the refund for the two orders that I never received and totaled over $40. You're better off going to any other fast food restaurant. I mean why would anyone even want to come here just to get the sh!ts from some trashy food

Do not go here. Crunch wrap supreme’s flat hardshell inside was completely soggy, obviously been sitting out for a while. Ordered fries and they were cold and hard.0/5 stars.

it's a taco bell. The bar is already low, I don't expect much from it, but somehow this location manages to disappoint me more often than it doesn't. Things are often missing from orders, ridiculous wait times despite the location not being busy, and they often run out of things yet won't substitute for mobile orders. My latest experience involved waiting 10+ minutes in an empty line, food missing, and the food I did get was cold. No sauce provided, and overfilled drinks that leaked all over my car. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to the Layton or 27th street locations.
