Stop calling this soul food. This place does not serve good food let alone soul food. greens cooked in too much vinegar, don't know what they put on the chicken but its too much and hard. These reviews must be from friends of the owner. I will never bring my family back here. Neither one of us had anything good. not even close to worth the high prices. They should have paid me for coming.UPDATE: Yes the food was that bad. This place keeps popping up in suggestions and that's what reminded me to write this review. You should inform your staff not to tell customers it's soul food.

Moist inside, crispy outside with an enormous slice of cornbread and heap of mac & cheese. We had an early dinner and it was quiet, but I've heard it fills up fast on the weekends. I recommend the My Soul Brew kombucha which is locally made and a great compliment to the food. I recommend the Tandem to anyone but come with an appetite!

This restaurant has really stepped up to the plate in these uncertain times. they are providing tasty, quality meals at no cost, Monday through Friday. A whole group of local restaurants is coordinating with them in this effort. Kudos to you, your efforts are very much appreciated. You are helping MANY people! Eating these meals is sort of like the movie 'Like Water for Chocolate'. These chefs can take the simplest of dishes like fried rice and make them sing with flavor. You can really taste the love in these meals.
