10/10 highly recommend. This is as authentic as it gets. The owner is fantastic. Chong zhou beef rice noodle is what he recommended and it was out of this world. The spice level was PERFECT. The amount of heat that the spice created was just right. Makes the mouth and lips warm, but doesn’t make you cry or sweat. Will definitely come back when I’m back in town. Thank you!!!

Amazing little ramen place very out of the way. The person at the front who took our order was very informative as to what products they had and as well as letting us know how spicy they make things! Overall super enjoyable.

Best ramen I’ve ever had! The man serving us was so sweet and gave the best service ever! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Had the beef pho and chili oil wonton...both excellent for a quick lunch. Location is a bit odd as it's just a food court, but if this was a sit down restaurant I'd expect to pay twice as much. Great lunch option if you're at the courthouse, but honestly I'd travel here for the noodles. Service was quick and food tasty.

Went here for "Vietnamese pho." Beef broth seemed premixed. No sauce condiments offered. No Sriracha, no hoisin, no bean sprouts, no mint, chili etc... You get a little more noodle than a ramen cup. Beef was a few slices of meat. No meatballs, tripe or cartilage. Left still hungry. I went and ordered something else after eating here and won't be ordering this again. It could be okay but not worth the price. For $15ish bucks there's better pho out there with twice the portions and flavor.I also had the fried dumplings. They were good. I'll be back to try other foods. Service was fast. Cashier didn't know what I was saying when I asked for Vietnamese Pho.

Chong Quing Noodle bowl with or without beef is goated. The owner is usually there too and is super friendly and kind. Sad to see they are switching locations but looking forward to going to their new spot

Kung Pao was good, Beijing bowl was pretty bland. The front of house was very dirty/sticky but sign in front says they're moving. Guy making our food/taking the orders was very polite and nice to everyone.

My family went here to eat today and right off the bat, we noticed the cups for water were stuck together and sticky, the soda machine did not have ice, and there were questionable things floating in the water. We ordered the potstickers, which were served to us cold in the middle, however, the sauce with it was delicious. The chili oil dumplings were overall flavorless as well. The food was okay, but they skimped on the meat and sauces and there was only one soy sauce container for the entire restaurant (which was also sticky and disgusting). My brother in law also got a very burnt egg served on top of his ramen and the spice level of everything was entirely unpredictable. We likely won’t be back here and don’t necessarily recommend it. Might be best to order it as take out.

There's a lot of people in the comments who are really just playing with themselves. I just left this restaurant and I was not impressed at all and I consider myself to be a worthy & experienced food critic. Comparing this restaurant to, red light ramen & artisan ramen, there's no comparison both are better than this place. When I walked in the door I didn't know what to expect so I had to open mind. None of the tables were clean for one, and I ordered some beef bowl and the noodles were hard and stiff like they had cooked for only a minute, so I let the man owner whoever he is I let him know and he didn't make me another bowl from scratch he just made me different noodles with broth and brought that out to me so that I can transfer the continents of the bowl that I had in that bowl. Well the experience was not what I had hoped for the broth tastes like some old packet of beef gravy. And it was cold in there there was no heat on. This is not a place that I would recommend there's people in the comments who probably have been to the restaurants that I have mentioned and you should know better this is not that spot. So I will never be going back it was a waste of $14 and I'll be sticking with artisan ramen from this point on.

The food was solid, but the place is absolutely filthy. We had Ramen, Taiwanese, noodles, and five spice noodles. The owner is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our dishes, and we were very excited as Taiwanese food is one of our family favorites. However, the place needs a cleaning. The bathrooms were disgusting, our kids wouldn't even go in them, choosing to "hold it" (and they are not generally picky about that sort of thing). The water glasses were sticky. The floor is covered in food and it looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in weeks. Crumbs were by the cash register. If it were clean, I'd give it a four-star. Even though we like the food, we're not planning on going back until it's more sanitary. It's a bummer, as I really want this place to succeed. The people seem very nice there.

Nice little hidden gem on the Marquette campus. It's a no frills restaurant run by one gentleman. I discovered this spot during the pandemic and always order to go and haven't dined in yet. But food is always hot and tasty! Today decided to get both types of wonton apps. I prefer the Szechuan chili oil wontons. Also grabbed the gui zhou spicy beef noodles for lunch. And Chong Qing beef noodles for dinner. It's nice to have more variety of noodles in town other than pho or ramen. If you've never had Chinese noodles, try em out!

I belive this whole place is ran by one guy which cant be easy. However I don't belive this place has ever been cleaned even ine time. It's by far the most dirty restaurant I haver ever ate at before. Also they make you pay up front which I thought was weird. After paying I went to wash my hands and I'm telling you this place could be shut down just off how DISGUSTING the bathroom is. Had I not already paid I would have left. I ordered the Ramen and the meat was so questionable I didn't finish it and the noodles where almost not cooked. Go to any other Ramen spot besides here.
