Great beer and one of our company's favorite happy hour spots. Really nice that they also offer wine and cocktails (+mocktails) for those that aren't beer drinkers.

First time here, I had a gin cocktail which was delicious then a stout beer with a roasted marshmallow on top! Great place with decent prices and the bartender was great at suggesting drinks according to your tastes.

I meant to do this in November. I took Amtrak to Milwaukee. I went to the art museum and walked back to my hotel. I randomly found this place. When I got there, there were about 20 ladies waiting to get in. They were just about to open. I was in no rush, but while the ladies were figuring out their drink selections, Benjamin Rossi (just found your card in my bag) took my order and suggested the most perfect beer I'd had in quite some time.I'm usually with my husband when trying new breweries, but I was solo. He made me feel extremely comfortable. We talked about beer. He informed me that he was not only the server but did some brewing. The two beers I tried were great. He gave me some suggestions for other spots too. I just wanted to thank him. I wasn't having the best day...and that was so pleasant. I didn't get around to trying the food, but we will next time. It's a must try. ....and what a beautiful space. Thanks, Ben... Oliver if you can remember that far back. It was November. LOL

I love that the Third Ward got a new brewery! It has an up-scale feel in a small, cozy bar. I haven't found a favorite beer yet, but it's still worth stopping if you are in the area! They also have Wisconsin old fashioned drinks on tap which are delicious. It's also a full bar if you don't like beer or old fashioneds. I'm glad they updated their pizza offering to Flourchild, as it's way better quality then the first brand they offered. The large Milwaukee pretzel with cheese also looked great.

Another gem in the Third Ward. The beer was tasty, as were the cocktails. I like that they offer both options. The ambiance was on point, and even though it was pretty busy - it was still easy to have conversations and enjoy the company of friends and family. The glasses are unique and cool. Definitely would come again to try more of the offerings.

Interior decor is fancy, and agree with the reviewer that it feels like a fancy chain brewery. Service was okay with a little of that bro feel that always calls you "boss", the beer is just okay. The copper beer kettles are a nice touch, they brew the beer next door and move them into bags in the copper kettles (but why not directly into the copper?) Specialty mixed drinks on the menu, too, as well as affordable Crowlers to go. Good if you're in the Third Ward, there are a lot of more authentic options in the immediate area.

We've stopped in here a couple of times over the last few months and have tried a handful of their brews - all tasty and refreshing! The décor is understated and elegant and their outside seating area allows for a nice community feel overlooking Catalano Square. There's a limited food menu featuring a couple of items (pizza and pretzel, if I recall correctly).

The Copper Turtle is very 3rd ward. It is very modern and fancy looking within an old building. The space wasn't as big as I thought. The patio is nice but close to other patios and the sidewalk is busy. The inside is slightly dark and again nice but feels like a fancy Florida chain brewery. The worker was somewhat grumpy but offered a sample. They said they didn't do small pours but then asked if I wanted a 13oz. 13oz was $7 16oz (pint) was $8. The menu only listed the pint.I really liked the Seaweed beer and am picky. There's not many places to get craft beer in 3rd ward so I'd suggest this if you're / I'm in the area.
