Tried it for the first time, got the hot n spicy melt. Food quality was good, but it was so strongly salted, I couldn't taste the cheese, pickles. The bread was nice and crispy, but tasted like a spoon full of salt every bite. The only flavor was salt plus the kick of the hot sauce. The onion rings were really good

I came in tonight and as soon as I was seated, another customer, a white woman, began to verbally abuse one of your servers (Xitlali) for no reason. The woman recorded the server with her cell phone as the server was quietly bussing tables, not bothering anybody and just doing her job. Then, when I told the woman to back off and leave the poor server alone, the woman started in with me, too. I just wanted you to know your servers were very pleasant and hard working and they did nothing whatsoever to deserve this abuse. I am a witness in case this woman tries to cause trouble, or make any false accusations about your employees. It makes me absolutely sick to see people abusing their waitresses like that.

i’ve ordered from here twice before and it was great. this last time though, it’s like they didn’t even care. ingredients were rubbery and didn’t taste good. most of it went in the garbage

Let’s start with the wait when there was two empty booths available then they sit us at one of them after 5 minute wait ( and no they were not waiting on someone to clean it ). We ordered our food and when I get it I go to add salt and pepper to my eggs and hash browns and the shakers are clogged like someone was licking on them or they wiped them with the same cloth they wiped the tables with. I let them know about the shakers and they bring me salt in a small container so after all that I start eating my food and when I go to eat the bacon and sausage there is a hair on the plate beneath the sausage smh. I call the person back and let him know about the hair and he apologizes and says he will bring me a new one ( so I’m thinking they are replacing the complete order mind you I had only ate a small amount of the eggs and hash browns ). When he comes back with my food there is new bacon and sausage with half of the order of hash browns and no eggs now, but I don’t say anything and eat my food since I was hungry and didn’t want to continue to go back and forth. So as I’m eating I see an ant crawling on the table so I grab a napkin and kill it otherwise it would’ve ended up in my food. I asked for the check and let the person know I would appreciate some sort of discount because they did not replace my complete order which would’ve been the correct thing to do because of the inconvenience of the situation ( and I never mentioned to them about the ant problem ) so he comes back and tells me they are discounting $1 off my check lmfao wow so I pay the complete amount and still leave a tip so they know money wasn’t the issue and I wasn’t looking for a handout, the problem was their dirty establishment and the way they handled the situation…..plus everything was cold even though we waited a while to get our food.
I will never be going back to that place and will be advising my friends and family to not go there either

Ordered delivery, pictures of what I ordered vs what was received. The other "melt" we ordered was also cold, had almost nothing on it and we didn't get the drink or fries we ordered.
