Best Calamari in Wisconsin & more! I have traveled extensively in the U.S. & abroad. I don't do reviews. But it's been long overdue to give a great review for this restaurant. Been coming here for several years. Never disappoints! Crab bisque & bread pudding is wonderful. Brian rocks, he remembers me every time & he is super great with service to all.

They have never disappointed us. Every time we come to Milwaukee we make sure we stop in here. Food is delicious, fabulous friendly bartender brian is always hospitable friendly and never forgets our faces. We will keep coming and we hope you will give them a try.

This place doesn’t seem like a family friendly place,went with my 10 yo last week , we walked in and the place was packed and loud, seems like a nice place to go and get intoxicated, not family friendly(as far as I can tel) we went around 4pm, definitely a bar more than a restaurant.

I love twisted fisherman! It’s a nice break from the typical bar and grill in Milwaukee! Has a Florida feel with the picnic tables in the sand and the fun seafood menu. The service is great and very personable! And the food is awesome!

Super good service and atmosphere. The food was less than desirable. The drink was a cool 6/10. I did not care for the food, but there were some clear regulars. I may have come on an off night.
Enjoyed Easter Brunch 2024. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Prices were extremely fair for the quantity of food options. Loved the variety of both seafood and breakfast options! It was a great experience. If you’re looking for an affordable , more casual brunch experience highly reccomend!

We enjoyed a family Easter brunch here at twisted fisherman! The buffet was a lot of lovely options. For the sitting they filled most of the items regularly so it was easy to keep eating the buffet continuously. Drinks were affordable as well. TVs showing the brewers which is a plus. Service was decent, a little slower on refills and coffee service, but rest of time was fine. The crab cake served table side was our favorite item! The shrimp and fish on buffet were also amazing. Two suggestions would be offering ham on the carving station as that is an Easter dish as well as having cracker and bread basket for cheese platter. Desserts were massive strawberries dipped in chocolate, yummy cakes and bananas foster. That was messy and should be served in a bowl at your next buffet, (perhaps Mother’s Day) versus on plates. Tasted amazing though but melted all over the place and was more a mess for us but still tasty. We came a little late and was able to enjoy plenty still on buffet today.. Looking forward to coming in warmer weather for patio meal and drinks. Will return.

This is definitely a really neat find in Milwaukee,off the Menomonee river? Can be accessible by water or land, Seafood in Milwaukee can be a hard find! But this classic has fabulous Smoked salmon spread the Mrs enjoyed! I had the steamed muscles! Spot on good! Plenty of seating in door and tons outdoors!Everything we seen was clean! Food service fast! Attentive staff!Highly recommend, will return via boat this summer.
