It was really easy to make a reservation at Toast and the staff were very friendly. Atmosphere and music worked well for the space. Had the chicken and waffles, which was good. Food was hot and server was there when we needed. Overall, the food was good, but it didn’t blow it out of the park.

Has the chilaquiles, ordered them to go and a side of French toast. Tortilla chips were very dry, there was no sort of flavor to them. They were missing salsa, as the dish should be. There was barely any cheese on them as well. I wouldn’t recommend this dish. French toast were okay. Everyone was working was dressed as if they were lounging around in their house. Guy who have me order, after he gave me order he went back to bar to continue talking with a customer. I excused myself and asked him if I could have a little to go cup of hot salsa. And he said they don’t have any, I clearly seen the salsas. He would have easily went to get a small container to get me some table hot sauce but didn’t want to go out of his way for it: is the vibe I got.

If you’re looking for a fun hipster place to have breakfast/brunch, then look no further than Toast. The decor is very hipster and because of this, it makes for a great conversation starters. Toast specializes in mimosas, and the food they offer are great compliments to their drinks. I can’t forget about the service, hands down our server Heather. Was the greatest server I have ever met. Her energy and friendliness was incredible and contagious.
The food here was amazing I love it and will definitely be back again for the food and mimosas! (I had the lavender lemon mimosa and it was so yummy!) we were told a 30 minute wait when we checked in and an hour later I went in to check and they said it was because people were sitting a long time after getting their checks. I’ve been to many restaurants that have a limit of time on a table and my recommendation to this restaurant is to implement something like that since it is obviously very popular and busy. Waiting over an hour for a table is one thing but after being told 30 minutes and waiting 70+ minutes for a table is crazy.

The place was slammed, which means it's popular. The wait was no longer than expected. We sat at the bar. Our bartendress/server was phenomenal. She was buzzing around like an angry hornet but still made time to check on us. She has a great personality and made our drinks like a total pro! The food was good and came to us quickly. The price was surprisingly reasonable for a downtown-ish restaurant. What a great experience.
