THEY DON'T LIKE ONLINE ORDERS!Food was good but my online order was NOT DONE when I arrived. The customers that were ordering at the counter were getting their food before me. They obviously give priority to customers that order inside the store. It took exactly 33 minutes for my food to be ready.The sweet potato container was not closed right and dumped out in the bag. Got everything wet. Idk if it was ever closed. I could not get the lid back on.No napkins provided in the bag.

Great chain, HORRIBLE location. I love TSC in general, but multiple times now I've received absolutely nasty smoothies (incorrect ingredients, barely blended) from this location. Admittedly, I eat late, and am ordering to pickup during the last half hour they're open, but that shouldn't matter. If you're open, please make the very simple products the way they're supposed to be made. It's a real kick in the teeth to spend $10 & not be able to actually consume the smoothie because it's so bad. I've never had a problem at any other location over many years & across many states. Skip this one.

I love going in the morning when the red head with pretty blue eyes is in because my smoothie is guaranteed to be on point!

They are pretty good. Lots of menu options that I wanted to try and settled on the Chicken Chipotle Flatbread and Avolocoda smoothie. I also got the edible straw, which I'd pass on. Love the concept but it gets soggy fast.I have been avoiding this place because they seemed expensive. Which they are. But to add a smoothie is only $5 more if you order a meal.The sandwich was good. I'm a little disappointed with the toppings. For $9 I'd expect these to be overstuffed. The greens were, yes but the rest seemed stingy.Employees were really nice and patient with me and answered any questions I had before ordering.

I ordered from this location uber eats and I ordered a chicken quesadilla but didn't get chicken......there isn't even a cheese quesadilla on the menu.....

I love this place but just within a week I place an order to pick up in the morning and has been stolen! I ordered on Tuesday 08/15/23 and Thursday 08/17/23 both orders stolen what’s the point of having a sign that orders need to be verified if no one follows through

I’ve been a frequent visitor of the location in Oak Creek and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service and quality of food. Today I was closer to the location in south 27th street so I placed the order online and went in to pick it up. While inside there was on older white male worker with a deep nasty cough back by all of the food. He had a consistent cough the entire time I was in the Cafe. When someone finally came to the front (after I bounced my keys on the counter a few times) I told him my name and he handed me the order. The entire time, the guy was walking around the entire cafe coughing. I ordered the southwest breakfast wrap as I have almost a hundred times before. I noticed that this wrap was about a third of the size SMALLER than the exact one I get from Oak Creek. On first bite, the eggs were very soft and undercooked and the chicken was cold and still halfway frozen. The texture was stringy hard ! Very unpleasant. I ate all the spinach out because I was starving and thew the rest away. By the time I arrived to work, it was all coming back up! GROSS!!! I will never order from this location again! If this was my first experience with this Chain I would cancel them all together!

Uber and you guy ripped me off no food or money. Now I'm out $54 dollars for a uber app issue. And being charged by the smoothie shop
