Really really good!

Just stopped for Gelato. The make on demand system is rather inefficient. And it was very expensive.

My girlfriend and I were in town all the way from Chicago. We were staying at the Hyatt and when we asked the gift shop worker if there were any restaurants nearby that she would recommend, she mentioned this place. It was about a 10 minute walk there. The food was amazing. I wish we had something like this back home. The staff was also really nice and friendly! My girlfriend thought the older man working there was the sweetest in particular. The best part about it though had to be the gelato. If we’re ever back in town we’re definitely stopping by here again! Highly recommend.

We were just wandering down the Riverwalk when we came upon Tua Pasta. I liked the fresh ingredients and that my pasta bowl was made to order. I will definitely be back.

This is the place that you can pick your own pasta your way. Think of it as Italian style Chipotle. Spaghetti was prepared perfectly. Italian sausage was not salty but tasty. I would really recommend anyone to try.

Owners are polite and very sweet. Food is outstanding! Kitchen is large and immaculately clean and the prices are great. Definitely check out Tua if you’re in the area!

Hidden gem, great food, friendly service. Can’t wait to come back in summer and eat on patio. Garlic bread was amazing. Tastes just like a fancy $30 pasta dish at nice sit down restaurant. Big space plenty of room and food comes out quickly. Will be back!

Food was delicious and fresh. Service was quick. Staff was very friendly. A perfect place to grab a bite before our show at the Riverside

This place is so underrated! I have stopped in on numerous occasions for lunch during the weekday, and it is pretty empty. It may be because it’s kinda hidden in the basement of the building and off the riverwalk, not an easy to locate place. It is a build your own pasta and salad place with tons of options for toppings! Everything is fresh and it’s great to be able to customize your meal! You chose pasta or salad and size you would like. Dining in, you get a great view of the river, whether a sunny, summer day, or a brisk, cold day. No matter what you get an offering of extra sprinkle of Parmesan and fresh parsley, and a piece of garlic bread on the side! In the summer/warmer months they offer fresh gelato for your after meal treat. You can also enjoy your meal with alcohol and non alcoholic options.Always a great experience stopping in!
