Was there on the 23rd of March. Food was a let down. Took the special boneless rib with hollandaise. Steak was cold and full of nerves with no taste whatsoever so ever. I had to add salt just to give it some flavour. The hollandaise was cold and tasteless as well. Got served an espresso that was pathetic and shouldn’t be served to anyone and I actually sent it back (which I never do). For the amount of money they charge it should be much better. Everyone at the table was disappointed.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The bar area and dining room are well designed and comfortable. The service was top-notch and the food was absolutely outstanding. On top of it all, they have a very impressive selection of bourbons to sample. If you have not been there before, you need to check it out. You won't regret it.

Food was absolutely subpar. I ordered the chicken breast, which I figured should be very difficult to screw up. It was dry, bland, and tasteless. Spinach that was beneath the chicken was also flavorless. My friend ordered the prime steak, which also lacked flavor. We didn’t eat more than 50% of our entrees. The best thing that we tried had to be the calamari appetizer. Not coming back and do not recommend.

Definitely the perfect place to celebrate special occasions. The cost will likely prohibit frequent visits but the food, staff, and environment will have you coming back for the next special occasion! We had a great time and will start saving for the next event immediately! Can't wait!

The staff was friendly. The food was very good. The waiter was well informed and polite. The manager wanted to be sure we understood all charges, due to friends calling the restaurant to pay towards our bill and using a coupon. The overall experience was excellent and I would recommend Wards House of Prime to all my friends.

All around a great experience. The lobster ravioli was out of this world delicious. The wife and I were tempted to order it again before our main course arrived. My 24oz Prime rib was delicious and cooked perfectly. Can't wait to go back.

As always the prime rib was the best I ever had at any restaurant. It is done to perfection, very tender and great tasting.A great relaxing atmosphere. The wait staff was very professional, polite and attentive. Whenever we go out for prime rib this is the only restaurant we go to.

Would recommend but with reservations. Twice baked potato was dry and really not that good; gratin potato much better. Wife had 6 oz filet with scallops and liked it. I had special: 16 oz boneless rib eye on onion strings toped with mushroom ragu. It was good but not what I'd call excellent. Thought the meat was a little tough for a rib eye and, much as I like them, I found the mushroom topping sauce (really a gravy) too heavy on the steak. Overall, not a bad experience but not in the "best in the city, much less country" category. I, quite frankly, have had better steaks. I'll have to try their "best in the US" prime rib next time.

Wow! What can I say! 5 stars in food service ambiance and may I add value! Went there for my husbands birthday dinner. He got the Prime Rib and it honestly was the most gorgeous piece of me we had ever seen. I got the veal piccata and it was so tender and delicious. They had a phenomenal selection of top shelf Scotch which made my birthday boy so happy. To top off the perfect meal they gave us a complimentary slab of the most decadent multilayered cake ever. What's nice about Wards is it's very affordable and doesn't have to be set aside for only special occasions.

The steak wasn’t flavorful at all. I sampled a few others’ steaks at my table and they felt the same. There was a char to it and it tasted more burned than anything. The mac n cheese was great and the place had a really nice ambiance. It’s really hard to top Mo’s Steakhouse so maybe my bar was too high.
Thought the Prime Rib lived up to its hype. In all for a party of 6 felt the final bill including tip of $750 was a value included a bottle of wine and a round of drinks. Great spot, was surprised it wasn’t busier on a Friday night.

The prime rib lives up to the hype. 45 day dry aged to perfection. We had a party of 6, meals, apps drinks and a nice bottle of wine for $750 including tip. Felt the value was higher than the cost. I'd recommend.

Celebrated my husbands birthday at Wards. My husband ordered the prime rib and he said it was the best that he had ever had. I should have taken a picture of it. I have never seen such a beautiful cut of meat in all of my life. I had the veal piccatta and it was heavenly. Our waitress was attentive yet didn't hover. She brought out a complimentary dessert to help celebrate my husbands big day. It was HUGE and so delicious!! We will be back. Thank you Ward's!

We were sat down at a nicely made table as we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Our server Lilly was really nice and attentive to our table. The food was as delicious and well laid out. Our drinks were perfectly made as well!
