We did a delivery order and they forgot our fries & sauce. There was grease all over the bag due to the chicken having grease poured all over it. We just wanted a refund but they were so rude on the phone. Order from a different location.

Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

Wingstop vs BW is a win for WS imo.This location is newer a 'ghost kitchen' with other food providers to provide quicker service downtown Milwaukee vs the expense of a full restaurant.Only complaint is drain the damn wings before boxing. See the pic. Gross nasty pool of oil.

The cashier lady was very nice, good conversation while I waited 40 minutes for my food on my 30 minute lunch break, upon eating my simple order of 3 chicken tenders and fries, my stomach imploded. not to mention I didn't eat the cold, two day old fries with cheese sauce dumped on top. It is now day 2 of my diarrhea, would not reccomend this restaurant to my worst enemy, actually I would.. they deserve this.
