My family loves the food here. We come here from Sheboygan Falls, sometimes just for the food. We also buy several bottles of the Sweet and Sour Sauce to take home when we visit, it is the best. Yum!

Went inside to place order when I walked in there was a haze of smoke. Almost like there was a fire. When I placed my order they didn't have what I wanted made. So I had to wait. While waiting one of the employees was dressed like he was hiding from something. I will try to post photo. Food tasted burnt. This place has gone downhill. Food was good. But it is not as good now.

Food and taste are good for the type of restaurant. Only complaint I have is that if you order on drive thru, please ensure all you order is complete/correct. I have ordered several times and almost every time I've been missing an item or two or got the wrong item. I had to take a bite of my egg rolls several times because every single time I got the wrong ones.Parking: Plenty of parking but full of holes. Drive carefully.

Just left the drive thru and the gentleman working the drive thru was very polite and attentive. It was very refreshing to get great customer service in this day and age.

I was at wongs wok at 3702 s. 27. Th st in Milwaukee. 11/29/23 at 4:58 pm. I ordered Emperor plate. So I was watching the lady dishing up the food, and Inot only did she not have gloves on, but she used a utensil for the shrimp egg foo young, for the fried chicken as well. So I asked the guy why they did that because that's cross contamination. So he put a clean tongs in the chicken. But the lady went on to keep using both now for the chicken as well as the egg foo young. So I get to ordering my food and didn't get any rice. So I asked the guy where was the rice that comes with the plate. Right away the lady told me I had to pay for my rice and gravy if I didn't want it on my plate. There was no room on my plate. So I explained to her that I have never ever paid for that. She litterly say and argued with me for the whole time I was there. So I told her I'm not paying extra and I started to leave and said I didn't want the food. So then she kept arguing about now she meant it's only . 59 cents. Im like no im not paying . 59 cents. This comes with my order. So she kept arguing and said I'll do it this time but next time you will get charged. So then she was waiting on someone else, and I asked her what her name was at least 8 times. She completely ignored me so someone else gave me her name. Her name is Tonisha. So then I ordered an extra container of rice and some gravy and right away she told the guy no that I already had my rice and gravy. And I told her I ordered an extra one so he added it on to my order and she said well she has to pay for that. Which he already charged me . So then I took a picture of the utensils that were being cross contaminated and told her I will be calling whoever I needed to .All my food was cold also. Wasn't even warm at all. Nobody in the place had gloves on. NOBODY. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS LADY HAS ARGUED WITH US. SHE ARGUED WITH MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTER THE LAST TIME WE WERE THERE ALSO.ND LITTERLY CAME TO OUR TABLE AND KEPT ARGUING . SHE NEEDS ANOTHER JOB. NOTHING WITH PEOPLE.Dietary restrictions: Shrimp allergy

Is it me or didn't the Chicken Sub Gum used to come in a creamy sauce and now it's like water?!Is it me or didn't the Pepper Steak used to have tender meat and now it's tough and chewy?!Vegetable Egg Rolls were good even though they were a little overcooked. Pretty dark and a little too crispy.Employee at Drive Thru was amazing. Very polite and professional.Parking: Parking lot is long overdue to be repaved. Alot of dips.

Wong's Wok has gone downhill. In all my years coming to the restaurant for takeout with my family, we've never dealt with something like this.First, the manager was being pushy with her employees on how to do things, they cut the meat in different patterns-not in the usual cuts we're familiar with, and the employee helping us was very nice and helpful, but his boss was being a total j*** to him. When my mom was ordering, the manager thought she was getting a junior meal, but my mom clarified it was an emperor's plate for one of the orders. The fried chicken was so tiny that they gave us four pieces-I'm not kidding, their like tender piece size. The Kowloon chicken didn't taste like the kowloon we're familiar with. Me, my mom and Aunt noticed something completely off with the chicken: It's hard to describe it, but if I had to sum up a nickname for it I call it "Mystery Food X" because it tasted foul-no chicken pun intended here-but it is a literal tasted foul going on.It tasted like charcoal dried chicken-VERY DRY. The sauce was too sweet and not like the sauce we dip our chicken in. We know our kowloon chicken and sauce-THIS KOWLOON chicken and sauce are CHEAP imitations and/or imposters posing as the real kowloon chicken and sauce.I don't know if they cooked the chicken in a differnet pan or in a different kind of sauce-god knows what it us, but it was putrid. The food didn't seem hot enough either when we brought it home. When we bought food from them-it was nice and popping hot. I don't think they check the temperature for the foods they were cooking. There's also too much fat and hard pieces to the chicken.Because of that, we feared we might get food poisoning so we had to be careful the next day of what we ate just to be on the safe side and not strain ourselves. This was the worst experience we've had at this Wong's Wok. I don't know who the hell would change Kowloon chicken and its sauce let alone change the way things worked at Wong's Wok.Whoever changed hands with the new owner, they chose the WRONG HANDS TO leave Wong's Wok to because they are gonna drag that place down to the ground: Being disrespectful to their employees, not honoring the traditional recipes that make the food incredible, and not keeping the place in tip top shape! So long, Wong's Wok, you were incredible, but now you've turned into a rotten egg fu young. A HORRIBLE ROTTEN DISGUSTING EGG FU YOUNG!SO good bye forever because unless you change your ways-BAM! YOUR only weeks away from being shut down! Think of your customers, honor tradition, don't change things let alone food, AND CLEAN THE PLACE UP FOR GOD SAKE!So Wong's Wok me and my family are dropping you from our take-out list. Next time we got a hankering for chinese, we'll wait til that chinese restaurant opens on Howell by Pick N Save.If I were anyone out there-DO NOT EAT AT WONG'S WOK. THEY DISHONOR CHINESE CUISINE by changing the ingredients and the way things taste!

I used to love Wongs Wok. Must've changed hands since the last time I was here. The Imperial egg rolls were to die for. NOT ANYMORE? YUCK not sure what they're doing but it's not good anymore. Very little beef in the quart of pepper steak. Chicken fried rice had tiny little pieces of chicken and about 10 bean sprouts in the quart. The fried chicken was good but its hard to ruin chicken. I tried to also buy 2 bottles of sweet and sour sauce and the cashier told me they don't have them anymore. That should've known something was up. Now I have to find a new good Chinese food restaurant. I have been eating at Wongs Wok for almost 30 years so I know the differences in the product. What a shame!!!

Not so good. Shrimp fried rice had barely any shrimp. Egg rolls yucky. Got sick from the food. They did change hands. Too bad. We used to love their food. I think it was old food too. Won't be going back.
