Some of their employees have some serious attitude issues and they’ve messed up at least one item in every single order I have ever placed. Definitely won’t come back to this location after I asked for a steak and egg bagel with no cheese and received a bacon and egg with EXTRA cheese somehow? Who messes up that badly?

I won't be coming here anymore, even tho I have like 4 times a week for the last few months. Last couple times they completely ignored my request for no cheese, and this time they said I had no mobile order code when I did. I then sat there for 5 minutes with no response and just decided to leave - I'm mad and embarrassed, just keep the money at this point. Sucks bc it was convenient on the way home from work, but I'll just go to Milwaukee St now.

Super disappointed in McDonald's as of late. Last time I ordered my cheeseburger was smooshed and I went through drive-thru. I didn't have time to go back to have them fix it. The prices aren't cheap anymore either so McDonald's is becoming less and less frequent for me.

Super disappointed in McDonald's and yet I keep going back. Today, the service was pretty fast and now I know why since my food was crushed. I went through the drive thru and when I got down the road and opened my cheeseburger, I noticed it was smashed and folded in half fresh out of the bag. So annoying and disappointing especially when the price went up so it's no longer a quick and cheap place to stop. I think I'll reconsider visiting again. I didn't have time to go back to get it replaced. Boo.

I recently visited the MacDonald Restaurant located at Monona, Wisconsin, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The service was notably lacking, with a noticeable absence of professionalism among the staff. It was evident that many of the employees were quite young and seemed more focused on socializing or playing rather than attending to customers. In my opinion, the restaurant would greatly benefit from the presence of experienced managers who can provide proper guidance and leadership to the staff. This would undoubtedly help improve the overall efficiency and quality of service provided to customers.

Tried going through the drive-through yesterday, sitting for about 15 minutes without service. Everyone in line, along with myself, eventually pulled away and went inside. The kiosks are similar to most, but they didn't print a receipt, meaning I never got my number. When I got my food, an item was incorrectly made. It's just a real train wreck there.
They don’t seem to be able to get the orders correct no matter how many times you clarify the order. I’ve had to go back and have them correct my order multiple times and even then they still can’t get it correct on the third attempt. Recommend all customers that enjoy McDonald’s food to bypass this location and go to the location on Milwaukee Street.I ordered a Mc crispy spicy deluxe. I received a dry bun and a piece of chicken and two pickles. Whatever that is on the menu? I drive back to correct this and I receive a McChicken spicy deluxe… but instead of having the correct sauce on it, I have mayo. This has happened to me multiple times and I don’t think the person making the food understands what the differences between the variations of the McCrispy and its ingredients.I recommend everyone checking their order before they pull away from the window or leave from the counter. Especially those of you that have food allergies… you pay money for food you expect it to be at least somewhat close, right?
