I was the only customer and it still took a very long time to get my drink I saw the barista making my drink and half way through she dumped it and said I need to remake this started making another one and when she gave it to me I asked her if this was the iced lavender oat milk matcha latte she said no, I asked for just a matcha latte and I know that I hadn’t so then I waited a 3rd time for her to make a new drink when she was done i asked if I could keep the other one since they had to toss it and she said no they had to keep it. I had already tipped before I got my drink and I wish I wouldn’t have. There also wasn’t extra matcha even though I asked for extra

I went into this Starbucks just a bit ago. The three ladies working (Esme, Brianna, and Rachel) noticed I only had quarters to pay with and covered the price of my drink. This was a hard morning for me as I had to quit drinking coffee due to health issues and I had to switch to tea. Esme never rushed me in making a decision on what drink to order. In fact, she took her time to give me a sample to make sure I ordered something I liked. This review isn't about Starbucks. It's about the employees at this location. At least the ones I ran into this morning.

Poetic Disaster

The batista never called out my name and since my drink was made wrong, I didn't think it was ready. I waited almost 20 minutes as guest after guest got the drinks. I walked up to the bar to look at the one drink no one was grabbing and realized it was supposed to be my drink. I let her know it was wrong, and she seemed annoyed.

Extremely slow. Took mobile orders before all others. People walked in and out noting the crowd and did a mobile order. Not organized well. Won't be back.

Went there this morning on way to work and asked if they had passion fruit tea and was told yes. I could see busy so waited patiently. After quite a long wait and becoming late for work, I inquired about my drink and they said they didn’t have that drink. Very frustrating!! He said he would refund me using my app, checked on way to work and did NOT get a refund. So annoying to wait for no reason you owe me a drink or some money. I live on other side of town and rarely go there.

This is definitely the most unprofessional no system happening at all Starbucks I have ever been to. I understand that everyone is going through things but when I come almost everyday on my lunch and it's 15-20 minutes past the pickup order time is just beyond any other.

The service was terrible there were four employees and not a lot of people there yet they seemed to move as slow as snails. I ordered a chocolate croissant and a caramel brûlée latte and the person who took my order gave the croissant to the person heating up the food then I proceeded to wait for ten minutes when they tell me that they were sold out of chocolate croissants so I asked what happened to the one that she gave you and she said "she thinks she gave it to a mobile order". I also saw all of the workers touching their hair while working and not washing hands while working with the food and drinks.
