I ordered some food off their app about 2 weeks ago. Clearing chose no onions, I can't stand onions, so I know that was marked as an ingredient that I wanted left out. Picked it up inside. Since I didn't see any onions on my initial inspection, I drove home.Got home, started to feast on my food, and guess what... F'ing a bunch of damn onions in my 2nd bite! I called this backwater idgit joint, but nobody would pick up the phone after 10 rings. So I put it on speaker and sat back... 30 seconds later, they disconnected their phone! I called back 10 minutes later, STILL not connected. So I called the useless hotline from the internet, nobody answered, and had to leave a message. I included everything down to the 16-digit (I didn't actually count out how many numbers were in it, but it's too long IMO) order number I was given on the app. Not a word since... do NOT trust these people. Most of their employees don't speak English, and I have a translator app for just those situations. But I don't think they can truly read English either, so you get what you get. AVOID if you do not speak Spanish and NEVER order anywhere but inside, IF you go here!!!
I always have enjoyed coming and getting one of my favorites, street tacos. Never disappointing. Always fresh and made to order. Just the way I remember this place growing up. Keep up the great food and service ?

Ordered 2 beef burrito Supreme. They came with about 8 mushy potato oles wrapped up inside each burrito. Didn't come near to resembling the nice Burrito Supreme they used to have. Terrible old lettuce too. Seemed like they thought they found a place to use "leftover" potato oles. Is this how they make them now? Terrible will not be returning!

Have some great selections, but outside the small selection of 3 or 4 items, the food isn't that great. The staff are wonderful. i mean, wonderful, they care they show compassion they are on point for time, and i rarely have to wait for food. Taco johns needs to put more seasoning vs. flavored sauces in the menu. low wait time. It's still better than Taco Bell. I can not say enough about how great the staff are.

First time trying taco John's. Ive always have been a fan of taco bells since the late 70's. and really never tried any competing fast food taco places.The first thing noticed was that this place brought more spice to the party. Besides that, they are very comparable in cost, variety and overall style.I guess if I had to choose between the two, Id lean more towards taco John's due to spice.

This used to be my favorite place to go out to eat I've been going here for many many years, unfortunately over the last two years this place is really gone way downhill to the point where I probably won't be coming back. I actually deleted my positive review from before because I finally reached my final straw when the incompetent staff this time messed up my order again, then overcharged me for my order, and nobody wanted to fix it because it was my fault apparently that they couldn't do their jobs beyond complaining how they deserve to get paid more money to sit around talking.Now I understand why there is no more taco John's in Madison past this location. Obviously if I want good service and or food from said establishment I need to go back to the one in Cheyenne Wyoming where the owners actually care about there customers.
