We went through the drive thru, got the wrong side order. We tried to wave at them to get their attention- and either the gal at the window wasn't paying attention, or was ignoring us. After failing to get her attention, we had to honk. THAT got her attention. We told her how the order got messed up and she gave us major attitude- rolling her eyes, slamming the drive thru window, and generally being extremely rude/unfriendly. Her attitude was almost as if she thought we were the ones in the wrong? Very unpleasant, good thing we aren't regular customers.

I stopped for a salad and didn't regret skipping burgers and fries.It was by far the best salad in Monroe for fast food. Crispy lettuce, fresh firm tomatoes, lots of bacon, and chicken strips. The dressing came in a decent size packet not a little dab in a little cup. Croutons came in a little packet fresh not over spiced. The best part was it came in a square bowl. That makes all the difference. Drive thru wasn't littered and the window was clean. Excellent choice for a salad quickly.

Extremely unappealing environment. When you walk in, you’re immediately hit with swampy air that smells like a gas station restroom. The floor was truly disgusting. I’ve included photos of underneath our booth, but it appeared all booth floors were similar. Seems like this grime has been there a while. This place needs a very thorough deep cleaning.

Witnessed management on the phone, presumably with a customer, yelling and swearing at the customer.Could hear the customer being called a liar and told the store didn't have to accept their money and that it was okay the employee working the drive thru slammed the window closed as customer was given their food because the emoyee was upset and crying. These conversations need to be had where other customers cannot hear or outside of business hours
