This subway took my money on line and failed to deliver my dinner. HOW can a subway steal and not be held accountable for this type of action. SUBWAY website is terrible. I would not recommend using SUBWAYS website. The Monroe Subway team has no customer ? service with valued customers.

Great food,but when you order online,the subs never have much stuff on them at all. Best to go in and watch them being made in front of you. Also last time I was in there they have there pickup online orders sitting underneath the cool air vent in the ceiling,so your sandwich is cold by the time u pick it up 20 mins.

Ordered one of the specials online and had a coupon. Online says to put coupon on after your order. No where to do it, so ended up paying 20 dollars more than I should have and the store won't do anything about it. Guess I won't go there again.

Great customer services, all sandwich artists always have smile on their face no matter how busy they are. Looks better since remodeled but didn't like that they replaced benches with uncomfortable chairs in most of the dining area.

Got there when they opened. Been here before on a trip. Clean, friendly and polite. Had to wait a little for online orders, but first subway place that actually new the ingredients of new sandwiches! Not so at other subways...
