I was there on opening night. Sometime after that I had the best ribs I've ever had. Tonight I had them again and they were even better somehow. The slaw is still different than anything I've had. Sides like potato pancakes (latkes) and cowboy beans. A bar with rare bourbons. I'm almost 67 and have been to a lot of places. Ordered their pulled pork and burnt ends to go. Delicious food, friendly servers, and helpful kitchen staff for specific dietary needs. Love the bar stools!Dietary restrictions: Celiac / Gluten options available.
Love the Pink Heifer's half pound smoke house burger. It had great flavor (onion ring gouda cheese barbeque sauce sweet pickles) and seemed less greasy than fried/ grilled burgers. Excellent staff with great food. What else can you ask for.
