Advertising A candied bacon wrapper. Go to order it and they tell me we're all out of it. Then update your menu if you're not offering it. This is by far the worst burger king in southeast wisconsin

I came to pick up a DoorDash and the lady working the register would not unlock the bathroom and let me wash my hands to deliver the order She said it is only for customers. she said I wasn't the customer and I don't have the right to wash my hands and would not unlock the bathroom because the customer was the one ordering and because I was the dasher I was not allowed to wash my hands she should be fired An African American lady with glasses at 11:12 am Saturday the 24th I will be calling corporate as well. I wanted to wash my hands to handle the customers food,,,,, What disgusting customer service

Very unprofessional people that work there I called the store to talk to a manager and the girl who answered just put me on hold but before she did she was laughing with one of her co workers my food tasted salty my chicken sandwich tasted like it was cooked in old oil and I did not feel good after I ate so I don’t recommend this place at all

Typically food is pretty good. Recently Wednesday evenings there is a black woman with curly hair that is very rude. The way she speaks is has no enthusiasm for her job. She doesn’t let you use your coupons with your”crown points” that you earn every time you go. It’s not a coupon. It’s the points you accumulate for items. She doesn’t listen, talks over you and ignores your concerns, I heard her yelling at a customer behind me. She must be a manager but she is honestly terrible. She was even talking bad about a customer right in front of me. She looks very sloppy and unappealing to the environment. Every time I go and see her working I leave and go somewhere else. It’s used to be great before she started working this shift. I would go once a week. It’s sad how much one person can change your entire experience. I worked in the food industry for over 7 years. This is not how you treat customers.

Orders are usually incorrect but I was starving and thinking that other places will be closing early X-mas eve I ordered for delivery. Order was canceled because store was "closed". When I called to confirm their hours, the person answering said they closed at 6. And I asked then why was an order put in at 530 canceled? She said they didn't have any food. I said "you ran out of food? She said "well, no. We put it away." I said for clarification, you close at 6 but put away food by 530 and can't even make a 5 min burger? She said "yeah". Funny story cause website says open until 7 and if they truly closed at 6 and put away food by 530, why was she still there answering the phone at 630??? Wow, perhaps I should get a job there. I wonder how management feels knowing employees are closing over an hour early and still getting paid for their full shift.

Stopped into this particular. Burger King after Christmas shopping. First impressions... No management. Had people in the grill area with civilian clothes on (no Burger King uniform). Also, they were very late on a lot of orders. From what I saw, their drive-through was overwhelming to the staff, and the people that were waiting at the inside service counter were secondary. I understand that it's hard to get help Yeah, these days, but I didn't see any manager on duty to correct any issues. The tables were filthy, and the bathroom needed a good cleaning too! Regional should definitely take a look at this place.

I work across the street from this store. They are NEVER open.The windows are dirty.Did I say they are Never open ?The franshisee should be in a different business.I drive past 20 times a day and never see more than one car and I think it belongs to the ownerI guess anyone can qualify for a franchise.

I have read some of the other reviews and I honestly believe they have mistaken this BK for the one on Durand. My family loves BK and we tried the one on Durand several times and each one was a complete disaster! Customer Service was trash, the lady was completely rude on the speaker that I just pulled away and went to Popeyes next door. I now drive past that BK and go to the one on Washington Ave. There the Customer Service has been nothing less than excellent. The food has always been fresh. The last couple of visits, my order has been taken by Nicole and her Service is perfect and I told her that she needs to teach the other BK on how to treat customers. Nicole has been very friendly and she is able to hustle to ensure fast service! Excellent balance!!! I refuse to visit the other BK after the service from Nicole at this BK!!!

The image posted is a $14 dollar meal. Let me say that again. The image, of the burger king burger is a 14 dollar meal. The staff was great but the price is what I would expect in a MUCH finer establishment, this is a burger king that thinks it's Gordon Ramsay's to bad the taste of the food is no where near that good.
