Was having a bit of a rough day. Hadn’t eaten all day.I walked in, and waited in line for a decent amount of time without being greeted while multiple online orders were packed. Order time came and I got the very last bit of barbacoa scraped from the bottom of the tray which would’ve made for a very soggy burrito. Needless to say I wasn’t real pleased with my experience thus far..I didn’t say too much but the cashier noticed that I wasn’t real pleased, so he stepped in and redeemed the experience. The young man with the long hair double wrapped it for me. He offered me the option to make another burrito with fresh barbacoa. I declined and took the burrito as it was. He rang it up for me at half price for the inconvenience and gave me a drink on the house.Racine generally has some of the worst service I have ever seen, but I was very impressed by how the situation was handled. Give that man a Klondike bar or something.

So I place an order online to pick up it was a large order, I sent in my daughter to get it, they take 10 minutes before they give her the bag, when I see the order I notice it’s only a quesadilla so I ask her what happened and why they took so long, she said they couldn’t find the order with my name on it and that one didn’t have a name so they thought it was mine, so I go inside I tell the lady upfront that I got the wrong order, she says she will talked to the manager, 15 minutes later of me waiting with out saying a word just waiting for my food, the manager comes out she ask what happened I said my daughter came in to pick up the food under my name but they gave her this bag because they couldn’t find an order under my name I show her my phone with the order for her to see it was a large order, with out saying anything to me she goes to the back she comes back with my order with my name on it, I say to her oh it was in the back I thought you guys had to remake it, she said yeah it was I don’t understand why you had an attitude with me if I never said anything to you, I was so confused I was like when did I had an attitude did I yelled at you? Did I said any bad words? I waited here patiently for 15min + with out saying anything to anybody, she proceeded to dismiss me with a have a good day , have a good day , bye bye! I was so confused and frustrated, I left cause I didn’t want to cause a scene. I’m a big advocate for Employees that work with the public but this was totally unnecessary and uncalled for, did I mention this was my first time going inside of the restaurant, and my last time too. Very disappointed how the manager behaved. If this is how they handled their own mistakes and miscommunicate with each other I feel bad for the customers. Management do better please! BTW: they forgot my chips and queso too but it wasn’t worth going back to it!

Most disgusting. Everything was so sloppy and all the food was mixed with everything. Not a single person there was trained in cross contamination. Literally everything got skip through the next order even on the line. Your bowl comes out messy ON THE OUTSIDE AND BOTTOM bc it's so sloppy. I waited 15 minutes just to get up to the line and see it was disgusting. Went to Chick-fil-A after leaving here. Gross.
$16 for just a burrito ?? never again. Add me to the list, boycotting Chipotle as much as Qdoba. ✌?

Very disappointed in, i go in to order but i was told i have to order online. That makes no sense. Not everyone has a mobile app. I could understand if they were short staffed but it's 8 people standing around with more than 1 hr before closing. Literally 5 people turned around and walked out due to them only accepting online orders. Please fix this situation or fix the manager who made the call to do so on a Saturday night
Food was delicious, plentiful and provided good options. Staff was a little less pleasant and cheerful than in the past. You are hiring, so maybe everyone is just a bit overwhelmed or overworked. I prefer Chipotle over Qdoba every day.Vegetarian options: Make your own option allows for a full vegan option.
Out of the last 8 times ordering here, the ingredients in my order have been wrong for 6 of them. It's not just one thing being missing or added, it's been multiple additions or subtractions each time. The customer service chat on the app is always happy to give free entrees in exchange, but I'd rather have my orders be made correctly. Please fix!
