Used to be a real good sub spot but the lack of care is getting pretty evident. Just ordered their NY Steamer and it was cold as stone. Hopefully management cares and will step it up soon.

Staff is the worst! No training in costumer service, 3 kids with no supervision, they could care less about the company or the products they produce. I'd bypass this place! Hopefully they will pull their franchise and install a owner who has pride in their business, service and attitude towards customers. It's now 25 minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches? Yikes!!

Was in there a few days ago and our order taker was super nice but the workers putting food together had our food sloppy. No pickles and was shorted a chili and they wouldn't issue it without a receipt even though I was just in 10 minutes prior . Subs were warmish at best. Seems to be going downhill unfortunately.

What a dissatisfying dinner!! 2-cold subs ( were to be hot ) they forgot the cheese on both! Extra for bacon must have a shortage there as 1-slice on each sandwich so not worth the price!! The large “ Mac n cheese”for husband wasn’t even filled half full?!?? oh and let s not forget my thick potato and chicken soup had 3-tiny pieces of potato and no chicken it was basically watery broth ??? what a disappointment I live 2-miles away so that’s not why I had to reheat EVERYTHING?!?!!! Such a terrible start of what could have been a wonderful evening! Oh did I forget to say I tried calling for over an hour and guess what?!?? No one picked up the phone ?

first time trying firehouse subs after a family member recommended! I was super excited and thrilled as the menu looked delicious & prices were reasonable. Upon arrival I looked over the menu and the lady working the cashier said “can I help you?” Mind you I was about 5 feet from the menu just viewing, not even in line she looked at me with snooby look on her face basically rushing me. I told her what I wanted and she was not friendly what so ever, she looked as if she didn’t wanna be there. Once I got my order I saw how she was with other customer and she had a WAY different attitude towards them. Smiling and saying “have a wonderful day” or “hello how may I help you?”. I drove over 40 minutes just to try this place and I am highly disappointed, the food was delicious but the customer service was terrible.
