Ordered 2 sandwiches and some cookies. We're located less than a mile away, but it took them 40 minutes to deliver to us. We could have looked past that, except the quality of both sandwiches were absolutely horrible.

I ordered a sandwich amd soda at work. I paid with my card. I never tip until they deliver. When the lady delivered my food she had already drawn a sad face all on my receipt and circled the no tip on the receipt. She also didn't bring my soda I ordered which I'm assuming was because she thought she wasn't getting a tip. The bread cryst was very hard and flaky. They definitely lost a customer. There could have been many reasons i didn't tip right away but you chose to draw sad faces and circled the no tip. That's so unprofessional. And still didn't even get my soda. Called multiple times no one will answer the phone.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the help that I received today by the store manager at Jimmy John's on Washington in Racine. I placed an order with them to redeem my free brownie along with 2 breads, and when I got my order the brownie was missing. I called them up with what happened, and the manager kindly offered to have it delivered. Not only did she give me my brownie, but she added another one to my bag. The customer service is exceptional, and I wanted to thank them for taking care of their customers!

My co worker picked up my order from here a bit ago. I soon realized the Dr Pepper was only carbonated water and their machine must have been out of syrup. So I called them hoping they would offer a refund or drop me off one but instead was told that if I wanted a new one. I would have to come back to the store to have it replaced. I understand that accidents happen but I shouldn’t have to re inconvenience myself as it is the companies fault it was out. I can tell you that I’ve also had this happen at Potbelly’s and they gladly happily offered and brought me over a new one right away. I’m a big believer in great customer service and I feel JJ fell short this time around.

If you order delivery expect at least an hour wait. Also, if you track your order, it will say completed long before your food shows up. Don't call the store for an update on the delivery, they will tell you that the app isn't connected to their delivery drivers and that they don't know when it will arrive.

What can I say bad about a place that gives me the sandwichs that I order in less than 5m. I asked for special request on the Xmas to set the lettuce, mayo and all the other stuff to be set aside for the evening guests to make up what they wanted and the staff did it perfectly. Job well done!

Good subs as usual! Order taker was nice and helpful. When picking up order at the counter the 2 subs & a side were sitting on the ledge loose. I asked a different person can I have a bag? He said yeah they are right there ... Pointed to below the ledge on his side of the work area!! I said oh thanks and started to reach over for one & he said here I'll get it for you. Hahaaaa what!?!?

Second time I have ordered delivery in the last two weeks and had to call and cancel. When you call they always say it’s out for delivery without checking with who they are talking to. Then the food never comes. If I order from the day shift never have an issue, but the night shift manager allows his employees to lie to customers and he does as well.

They didnt have crunchy jalepenos for the wrap and didnt say anything until it was made. They could have asked if I still wanted it or wanted something else. I love this wrap and was very disappointed.

Truth this location is very hit or miss. I've had great experiences and bad. Today, I got a which for the first time and mine was amazing. But my friend got one as well just ate hers 10 minutes later than me and hers was a soggy mess. The last time I ordered from them it took the delivery OVER AN HOUR! It keeps showing out for delivery for about 40 mins. I left feedback on the website and within a week I had the regional manager email me giving me a free sandwich and apologizing for the inconvenience. She didn't need to do that but it showed that the company cared.

Placed online order IT WASN'T FREAKY FAST! FOOD WAS GOOD BREAD WAS WET AND HARD! SOGGY WET IN CERTAIN SPOTS AND DRY AND DRY IN CERTAIN AREAS!
