Definitely a place to check out. Jimmy's specializes is shrimp. Not surprisingly, their speciality taco is a shrimp taco called The Jimmy. It's a fried corn shell that they melt cheese into, then they load it up with sautéed shrimp and lots of fresh veggies (cabbage slaw, onion, cilantro, jalapeí±o). Some people have issues with cheese and shrimp but it works here. The Jimmy is served with a creamy smokey chipotle sauce, yum. A great taco with some unique elements. Complementary chips and salsa and the salsa didn't disappoint. The rice was exceptional, better than most side rice we've had, a fav at our table. The steak taco was also very flavorful. The couple that own Jimmy's were gracious and took good care of us. They gave us scratch made slushies for dessert, yes they make their own slushie syrup! The vanilla was amazing! It tasted like horchata but sweeter with a hint of butterscotch. Thank you Jimmy's we'll be back!

He expressed to me that everything is made to order and fresh some organic as well. I love the paper made flowers that are on display. The place looks small when in face It's pretty spacious, with a lower and upper section. Parking may be across the street, try the Mexican corn it's the most authentic I've tasted.
