I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit to your establishment. While I appreciate the friendly demeanor of your staff, I must express my disappointment with the quality of the food. The wings I ordered were unfortunately extremely dry and lacked the promised sauce, making them akin to chewing old dried beef jerky. The Buffalo & Garlic Parm flavors were barely detectable, rendering the experience flavorless. Additionally, the fries appeared to be only partially cooked and were quite soggy in the middle. However, amidst these shortcomings, I found solace in the delicious corn appetizer. It was a highlight in an otherwise disappointing meal. I hope this feedback can assist you in improving the dining experience for future patrons as I will not be returning.

the staff that is manning the front does a terrible job with actually checking on customers who are waiting for pickup orders. witnessed not jsut myself, but 5 others all waiting for someone to get attention for checking to see if our orders were ready that should have been at least 15 minutes ago. the guy manning the front was actively ignoring people trying to get his attention to check on orders. we witnessed 3 orders get set down (none called out before being placed of the shelve) and after 5 minutes we managed to get the attention of a different employee who got us our order, which had been sitting there ready for over 5 minutes now at this rate. truly horrible staff manning the front.

This place has gone downhill over the past year. Ever since the change of ownership or management the quality of the food and the service has become HORRIBLE. If you place an online order good luck. Food is never ready when you arrive and also you would have to wait another 20-40 minutes for it to be ready.

They served me a raw chicken sandwich and gave me food poisoning. I will never eat here again. Absolutely disgusting, employees didn’t wear gloves while prepping the food. The cashier was very rude and impatient. Terrible service, and the restaurant itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

could not understand the guy behind the counter, however was able to finally correctly place my order for 8 wings 2 ways, however got 6. no one knew what was going on but finally looked at my receipt and added the missing wings. most of the soda flavors were out and by the time i did end up walking over to a table, my fries were soggy. no i will not go to this location again. $15 for bad incorrect meal, thanks.

Waited 50 minutes in store after worker Maddy gave “Jenny Sweet Tits” my order for “Jennifer” right in front of me. Not double checking name confirmation is in itself a mistake, but an honest one! No big deal, except Jenny gets to return to store and get her correct meal (on top of ours) before we attempt to settle things up front. The worker up front refused to provide his name and any form of compensation. No management was present to correct the several mistakes and even when other patrons in the line spoke up for my mother and I, the worker silenced and shut them down. His disrespect, zero concept of hospitality and lack of problem solving skills made the experience at this location horrible.
