I have never had such a terrible customer service experience then I just had at Domino's in Muskego. We ordered 3 items for delivery and when we opened our boxes the one that was suppose to be chicken bites was this big mess off cheese with chicken. We I called to just ask to get the correct item the male employee proceeded to tell me "Ma'am it has chicken in it, dont you look at a picture before you order online" I was so offended because my husband did look at what we ordered and these picture look NOTHING like the other!!! Then said he could remake it but it would take 45 minutes and it would be the same thing. So I simply just asked for a credit on our account to do the item not being what was advertised and he refused and proceed to yell at me for not "getting that I got what I order". Needless to say i would never order from there again!!! I have worker in the service industry before and I could never imagine screaming at a customer over chicken bites.

I just stopped in around 1pm. The girl who was working was helpful and made some of the best parm bites and cheesy bread I have had there in awhile. Thank you for a delicious lunch.

Gotta try that Brooklyn crust, I can’t order any other style anymore. They are always right on time (pretty quick) although multiple times now I’ve checked “don’t cut the pizza” and they still cut it every time. Minor detail. I am sad that dominos stopped offering roasted red pepper now too.

We order from here frequently. We place our orders online. They are fast, friendly and accurate. We were there on a busy Friday (like we are many times) and I was impressed watching everyone work efficiently. Thank you, all!!

I just called and finished placing the order only to get to the end of the call when the girl said something happened on their end and the order didn't go through. Apparently that meant I didn't want pizza and apparently it isn't being delivered either.
This is now a 3rd time I have gotten a pizza and all the cheese and toppings are on one side and flowing over the crust into the box can't even get it apart its just a big glob if sauce and cheese apparently nobody ever told them you can't hold a pizza sideways I'm officially done with this store they don't even offer compensation for ruining your dinner just replacements so now when my new pizza shows up my cheese sticks will be cold. Goodbye domino's last of my money you'll be getting.Just got my replacement not much better I'll be calling corprate.

Simple a tip is EARNED AND IS REWARDED,.....it is not to be EXPECTED!! 2 + hrs for a pizza delivery and it was wrong when it arrived on top of that . Then the next week gave the benefit of the doubt... and again late. No courtesy call to the customer not even a text with simply we are sorry we are running behind schedule etc. Instead get attitude from employee. Surprised this location is able to stay open with all the horrible reviews.
