Ive been there 3 times...wats wrong with America...you have inthere wetbags..they dont speak inglish they always speaking Spanish in the back...(come on men this is AMERICA) went there today! and one employee had her child with her..WHY??? we have to pay for child care..why doesn't she...stupid WETBAG....this is AMERICA.....shes going to be reported...you cant afford child care then go back to mexico.

On Monday 4/8/2024 3 customers and myself walked out after waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our order. This store has be very slow and it is getting worst. We all went to across the street to a competitor and got must better service.

Nothing was stocked had to virtually beg to get napkins. The person that brought out food made it clear she was offended that we ate inside the restaurant. Food was poorly prepared even for McDonald's. They would only let us order at the kiosk but only one worked so we waited nearly 10 minutes to order.

It never fails. They struggle to get the order correct. In their defense, they did offer another sandwich for free the next time I return.

Every time I visit I get the same person waiting on me and I ask for 2 happy meals with extra fries no apples and she charges me for two additional small fries. She asks me to repeat the order a couple times and it still happens.

Went inside for a cup of iced carmal coffee. Waited 15 - 20 minutes!! Got it went to the car took a drink , it was terrible lots of ice very little coffee and no carmal.

This continues to be one of the worst McDonald’s in this area. Slow, the bald am manager is always rude, and once I got a nearly raw breakfast burrito served to me BY THE MANAGER. How have they not hired someone new yet.

The PlayPlace makes it worth the mediocre service. They need to clean the bathrooms better as well but otherwise the food is regular McDonalds food.

Went through the drive thru and the person was on his phone. He handed me a few things and I said, I'm missing something. He said, I know, I have a screen that tells me what you ordered. So after waiting while he was texting on his phone he brought me the other item. Customer service.... What's that!?

There was no long line in the drive-thru at McDonald's. So we ended up there for a last-minute dinner. We ordered fries with no salt. That way, they would be fresh, hot & not loaded with salt. The fries were lukewarm & totally salty. They girl handed us the food, never said anything & never even looked at us! Burger was drowning in sauce & soggy. The chicken sandwich was wrapped on the wrong side of the food wrapper (not a big deal, yet weird. We also received sauce we never ordered. I guess that's why Culver's was packed with customers. Good employees are hard to find. Sorry, McDonald's.
