“I recommend NOTHING for this place. The absolute worst Sunday afternoon service I have ever encountered. Rude waitress not accommodating to people passing through. Only locals got decent service. I get they are busy but when you go up to the bar and the bartender looks at you and walks away. Then someone sitting at the bar Rudely asks what you need. Never again. The sad part is we had family move to that area and we would have been very good customers for a long time.”

“I go there on Thursdays and play bingo. It's a good atmosphere. Good people is kind of a shot and a beer place. If that's what you're looking for they do not have a pool table. ?”

“Our group of 15 had reservations on NYE and we were seated in the Lounge (Bar Area). We had one waitress for the entire group, which, understandably was going to be tricky. She did warn us to be patient, though. It took a while to get our orders taken but, then while most of us finished our salad bar, the people who just ordered AYCE Crab legs, were left sitting there almost an hour. One would think you would get those real up fast because they just have to warm them up. So, many in our group were very dissatisfied and a few walked out and told them to take it off their bill-ridiculous! They did, but, many wont go back. My food was good but, when we thought we’d be eating at 5:00pm, we waited an hour and a half for meals-that’s too, too long. It wasn’t our waitresses fault but, the business. Owners need to maybe have a limit of how many people they let in, as people were everywhere just standing and waiting. Also, take reservations for NYE or Holidays so, they control the entire experience. Our poor waitress shouldn’t have been put through this, it just isn’t fair to us customers or her ability to do her job!”

“We stopped in for lunch and discovered the outdoor seating area! Our kiddos got to play on a playground while they waited for food. My brisket sandwich was excellent! Would have loved to try some of the other smoked items on the menu, will have to come back again!”

“I manage a cafe in Minneapolis & am pretty particular about espresso. When I say this was one of the best oat lattes I’ve had!We were on a roadtrip to Chicago and stopped on a hunch that it would be good. Service, environment, everything was lovely.The pistachio vegan chocolate was the icing on the cake.”

“My daughter and I were traveling the back roads of Necedah and came across the sign for shipwreck Bay. wanting to try something different that we never done before, we stopped in and found a cozy little bar and grill in essentially the middle of nowhere. The view of the Frozen lake was lovely and the service was fantastic. Our server, Jackie, was pleasant and polite and friendly and all about engaging us in conversation. we ordered the fried pickles which came out rather quickly and they were very crispy and delicious. I ordered the Ruben sandwich with tater tots and my daughter got the BLT with fries and both were incredible. I was extremely impressed with the fries and the tater tots, neither were very greasy, and both were very crispy and cooked to perfection. moments after we arrived, the bar started feeling up due to a meat raffle in the coming hours. however, our server maintained a very personal touch with us and did not make us feel as if we had been forgotten. I would definitely make the intentional trip to return there in the future.”

“My husband and I stopped in here on a whim on a Tuesday, and were extremely impressed with the quality of food! Nothing beats a middle of nowhere restaurant with extremely good barbecue! We shared large orders of everything and still had food to take home! Next time we’re in the area, we definitely will be stopping back again!”

This is a very tiny bar with limited seating but a great selection of drinks and fabulous conversation make it top on my list. I highly recommend patronizing this local establishment.”

“Great pizza. We ordered a 13" and it was more than enough for the two of us. Generous toppings and amazing crust. The dining room was filled with plastic picnic tables so that was interesting. The bar was a lot better. Make sure to bring cash...no credit or debit and the ATM charges you 3 bucks.”

“This place has amazing burgers and good pizza. We come here often and I highly recommend it. The wait staff is always friendly. They have a great outdoor seating area. They can have a longer wait for food at busy times as they have a fairly small grill. It’s definitely worth the wait. They have docking for boats so you can come on the water for a meal or drinks.”

“I have worked as a wedding vendor for 20 plus years. This has given me the opportunity to work with venues all over the tri-state area. To begin, this was my first event here and I was very much impressed with the helpfulness, the kindness, the cleanliness, and how supportive everyone was.Until yesterday, I had no idea this venue even existed and I'm hoping in the future I have another opportunity to visit it.Taylor, the venue manager was very helpful and friendly and her staff was fantastic with getting out the meal, cleaning up after the guests, and the food was very good.This event isn't the largest venue to hold a wedding, but I would definitely recommend it for smaller gatherings, holiday parties, and special events.Overall an enjoyable experience.Thank You!KC Entertainment Djs”

“I’m from the south east. Military sent us to Colorado for 10 years and it was awful not finding good Chinese. Lots of options, but lack of flavor. I gave this place a shot based off the reviews and was not disappointed! Great food, made fresh to order. Service was fast, prices are fair and finally flavor! Our go to is the general tsao’s chicken and orange chicken, wontons/rangoons, lo mein and fried and steamed white rice. We’ve had it a few times and it’s always been great!Parking: It’s attached to a McDonald’s and gas station that semi trucks can park at. Tons of parking available and semi friendly.”

“New chef and awesome food! David is a fantastic bartender and there is also a new bartender for the summer and he makes an awesome mojito as well as other specialty drinks. I highly recommend the homemade meatball appetizer and/or sub, the CUBAN sandwich is the best I’ve ever had and all of our party agreed. The Philly is also so delicious….don’t forget to order the amazing truffle fries. This place has had incredible improvements and we’ve been back several times this summer. We have always loved the bands on the weekends but some great things are happening here! Also, best views on the lake!!”
