It was my first time ordering from here or any Cousins Subs and it was a great experience! The Cashier was very helpful! I ended up ordering a Philly Steak with added tomatoes on the grill with cheese curds. The sub was good but the cheese curds were fantastic! They have the best cheese curds ? They are similar to the cheese curds I had at a hockey game one time.

It's a sub, we all have our preferences. I like going to Cousins because they have French fries and I like their regular Italian bread. I enjoy other sandwich shops, this day I chose Cousins.Although this trip was interesting.I sat inside, as I was out and about running errands. The staff had a conversation and were talking loud enough amongst themselves so a customer sitting all the way out in the dining area could hear everything clearly.Apparently someone had a nail pulled because it was either getting infected or had it pulled to avoid infection. Not really something a customer enjoys hearing while eating their lunch. It's really a stomach turning moment ?. Your mind starts wondering all kinds of things and honestly, I could have gone my entire life without hearing this during my life.

I really hate leaving this review for the neenah location!! I normally have no issues with any of their stores!! But this time I had a total salad on my sub, and so much oil it -.that it tasted spoil!! The hot sub actually was so hot and breezy that it fell out of the bag without me Even realizing it, and I left it behind in the parking lot!!I called and talked to the manager and was told that the charge would be reversed and i would see the credit in 24/48 hrs & they would be mailing out coupons at the end of her shift- NONE OF THIS HAPPENED AND THEREFORE I AM EXTREMELY UPSET!!I also asked for pepper in my sub and was given a “rude” response!! When I told the manager- she claimed she heard the entire conversation and didn’t think anything was rude/ I completely disagreed!! And I said all the person had to say was they no lo longer have pepper shakers- rather than making a huge deal about opening my sub and putting people on it!!I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO PLEASE CALL ME IN REGARDS TO THIS ISSUE!!!

Before I opened my sub up, it wasn’t even wrapped all the way. The sub had no fillings, only full of onions. Paid extra for cheese but no cheese. Also asked for it to be toasted, just a cold sub is what I got.

Ordered online. Not ready when I picked it up. I ordered a hot sandwich. When they gave it to me it felt cold so I went back in to make sure it was hot.They reassured me it was. They said “we’re just really god at wrapping”. So I took it home. It was not heated.I am pregnant and can’t eat cold deli meat.Terrible service and didn’t get what I ordered despite going back in to double check.

Had a meatball sub today in Neenah Wi location. Absolutely terrible. Meatballs were mushy at best, oozing water like they were defrosted after being frozen. Horrible cardboard taste. And I was hungry, and love sandwiches. Service was good, meatballs were disgusting. I threw half of it out.That’s my honest review.

I had a failed catering order at Jimmy johns for (6) boxed lunches. I immediately called Cousins, spoke to a male who said they would help. I told him I was on my way there to get them and needed 6 subs by the time I arrived. By the time I walked in the door, everything was waiting for me. Absolutely flawless execution, they all thanked me for my business there vs. the latter, and they were speedy quick.Super thankful for the Cousins team.PS: Please partner with EZ cater so we can order from you more often/offer delivery for catering! Thank you team!

We walked in and we’re finally greeted 3-4 minutes after standing at the counter. Even an acknowledgment that we were there and they would be a few minutes, would have been better than ignoring us. Finally a female worker, maybe the Manager? Velora, I believe as that was the name on the receipt, came over and took our order. We could tell she did not want to be there. She was so rude to us, and this poor elderly couple behind us who were trying to decide what to order. We sat and waited as we had ordered hot subs and bowls. The whole time we waited, this female worker (maybe the manager) yelled at those poor boys working hard to make our subs. I have never heard anything like this before! It made us so uncomfortable, we ate quickly and left. The boys handled it well and continued to work hard and be polite despite her poor attitude. If she is a manager, this is how you lose employees. Food was good, but the attitude of this lady will prevent us from coming back.

I ordered soup sub and fries .thru uber eats..this the 2nd time now this month just my soup is missing but I still get charged 5 plus dollars for something that never shows . I call to figure out what we can do about this or how to fix the problem and the lady on phone supposedly us manager was very rude disrespectful talking over me aggressively and I was shocked. Treated me very poorly and was super disrespectful towards me . All because I wanted to ask what cam we co to fix this situation. A soup I order and never got but was charged for. Totally unprofessional and unpleasant experience and I'm a paying customer. One that will never repeat business here as long as that's how they conduct business. Uncalled for and highly unprofessional. Hope to someone the trouble I had to go thru. They don't care about you your food or business and that was a message received loud and clear.

They close at 8pm. Was calling repeatedly since 7:25pm to get a carry out order. No one answered. Arrived there at 7:45 pm. And the DOORS WERE LOCKED and the workers were wiping down tables.. right after me another couple tried to enter the locked doors. POOR SERVICE IGNORING PHONE CALLS AND CLOSING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES EARY!
