Second time ive been here after 10pm. I work late. Sonetimes i want a good sandwhich. This culvers has been terrible with not just making their usual burgers, but wont make the burgers with what u ask to add. . 2nd time at this neenah wi location. Poor food. Wish od went to taco bell next door

Get to the counter and the 'Team Trainer' standing at the register continues his conversation with another employee for a solid two minutes. He didn't apologize for ignoring us when he finally got to us. No "thank you for waiting," etc. Then whoever made our ice cream didn't put any add-ins on the bottom or between scoops as well as on top like every single ice cream joint on planet Earth does.Even better, none of the paper towel dispensers had anything in them and some clown put a roll of paper towel on the counter between the sinks so water and who knows what else can drip or rub off on it.

Hey! I got the wrong order!!! It was a Culvers Deluxe, and it was great, but what I wanted was a bacon butter burger, (I love the alliteration, and the flavor). I mean the CD burger was great,it just wasn't what I wanted. Details matter.

This place is an absolute freaking joke this restaurant should be taken down are burned to the ground the workers in here are rude and inconsiderate and liars I was working in Neenah Wisconsin and decided to stop at Culver's to get some food before I got to work I ordered two of the double mushroom and Swiss baskets with a large cheese curd and large Dr pepper for both when I got to work I realized I got two of the sourdough melts french fries so nothing that I ordered I proceeded to call the lady that answered the phone said she was the manager she sounded a little older so I trusted it I told her the problem she said she wrote down my name my name and told me I could come back and get my items fixed when I had time and I was free since I work in Neenah I do not live there she gave me the opportunity to come back that night and I didn't have time and I couldn't leave my patient at home so I gave her my name and my phone number a few days later which was 3 days ago I went back to let them know my name and get my order fixed and was fussed around and questioned in this and that 12 different times by six different people and then was at the drive-thru for 37 minutes for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do you got to be kidding me this is a joke right never eat there

Worst Culver’s in the area, waited 30 minutes for food to come out freezing cold, it was completely dead, messed up the order, none of the kids were actually doing their job. I know someone who used to work here and she got physically and verbally abused by some of the staff and management did nothing about it. By far the worst Culver’s in the area. Used to go here as a kid and it was fine but it has really fallen downhill, this place would be better closed and reopened with a new and better management.

This Culver’s is AIDS compared to the rest. Drive through service is horrible and very unorganized, I’ve been missing items here and there in my order for a while now and doesn’t seem to be improving. Also currently sitting here in line after I already paid for 25min waiting on my food.
Worst Culver’s in the area. Each visit here it gets worse every time. Today we wanted to have a nice family lunch together. I had a BOGO value basket coupon. I placed my order and wanted large cheese curds with each basket. The order taker rang up two large fries. Then when the coupon was applied it only credited off $8 instead of the $15 the value basket was worth. It took over 30 minutes and three employees to try and correct the situation but in the end they weren’t able to. Told me their system won’t allow them to make it right. All I got was a sorry for wasting my time. Awful service. In the end I got a refund for my order but missed out on what could have been a wonderful lunch with my children and husband. People really do not care these days and the food service industry is getting worse each day. Prices continue to soar and the quality of service you receive is garbage. Mistakes upon mistakes and no longer making it right for the customer.

A bunch of young teens/adults running this place. Wasn't busy, and we waited over 20 minutes for 1 order. They were all busy talking amongst themselves and you can see they are all chuckling while people wait for their drive thru orders....Only 1 of the ordering windows is open. Waited at one of the windows, and the screen was black, and no one said anything....had to go over to the other window to order, and then the girl took a while to say anything. Don't think we will be back to this neenah location ?And NO i will not take my time to contact your customer service or email because we all know we don't get anything else in return.
